I asked on my local board. I did every combination of word search I can think of. I read old post for hours, no luck. Someone posted a website that has deep deep discounted same day bookings. I did not bookmark it. I am talking some 4 and 4 star for 80% off. If you know of it or can point me to the thread I would appreciate it. thanks

My computer is so old that it still uses those 5 1/4 inch floppy disks.

I've been using a site called http://www.lastminutetravel.com  for years. Some of the rates I've gotten there are ridiculously low and have been unmatchable by anybody.  As an example, I just checked..hotels.com has a certain downtown CHicago hotel tomorrow for 279 a night, lastminute has the same hotel for 145 a night. Down the line you compare the prices that lastminute has compared to other sites and it's almost always much lower. Wnat I was told was that they are actually a hotel room wholesaler who buys a boatload of rooms nationally. They then turn around and offer those rooms to the pricelines and expedia's etc...but they also run their own website.

Last minute travel is one of those sites where they don't show you which hotel you're getting for the price. However, they provide a good enough description of the hotel for you to web search it until you find the hotel you are actually getting. Also if you are a club member ( I did not have to pay to become a member, they will make you a member automatically for free with your first booking) you WILL be able to see what hotel you're getting BEFORE you make the reservation.

I've been using Hotel Tonight app on my phone for a while now.

At least in Chicago, I'm getting great deals. Only downside is you cannot plan in advance, but its a nice tool to have

:)

Just answering the OP as they mentioned same day bookings..

Hotels.com is great too. Get a free night whenever you hit your ten stays.. Fun to try out new places you maybe wouldn't have thought about staying before. :)

Wow, you just saved me $75 for tomorrow :)

For real, I just booked a Chicago room for $75 off using this site. Hotel tonight couldn't even give me that good of a deal .

Thanks brother ;) I do quite a lot of the room booking myself due to the types of girls I usually see (UTRs with boyfriends,  Sugarbabies, etc). This is going to help me out tremendously!

Kudos again

A handful of google'd reviews cite poor customer service, but mostly with unusual rooms or refund refusals.

I think they're unnecessarily getting a bit of a bad rap. I've booked with them several times now, cancelled with them more than that, never ever had problem getting a refund, never had any communications problems, never had a hotel room that wasn't actually booked/confirmed with the hotel. Bottom line if you read their terms and conditions(cancellation policy) and do a little due diligence on your end (like call the hotel and make sure you have a reservation) you won't have any problem. I also, when booking outside their cancellation policy always call LMT instead of booking online and their customer service will book the hotel with you on the phone and they will call the hotel with you on the phone if there is question about room availability. They are not a scam site, I am very careful about that kind of thing myself.

I have booked on the same day before noon and was still able to get a room for a 3 PM check in. I would never use priceline because you get what you get on that site. I have been stuck with a handicapped room that only had a shower before, and I will never do it again. All they guarantee is the room will accommodate the number of people you say are in it... sorry, not enough. I want x, y and z when I have to slum it at a hotel.

I am shocked at some of the shit holes some people call 'upscale' lol. A bed and bathroom does not a comfortable week make. The ONLY time I have settled for less than a 4 star hotel or condo was when there was a Residence Inn rated 3.5 in I believe D.C. Most are only 3 stars. This thing had a living room with a working fireplace, full kitchen all stainless, dining room, and two bedrooms each with a private full bath, so it was awesome!  If you're only there for an hour, sure most anything will do for guys, but most touring providers are stuck there for days. We like our comforts of home.

This is the primary reason I never did outcalls... what some men find acceptable to have sex in, is comical. Any guy expecting me to stay in one room for more than 2 hours is crazy. I will jump out the window. And, before anyone makes a 'princess' comment, I never expected the client to foot the bill... I always covered it and was glad to, because I was the one who had to stay there for more time than he did.

I even walked out of the Belvedere in NYC which all reviews quoted as "A great hotel." Are you fkin kidding me? No bar, no restaurant, no pool and a window unit that could not even put out enough air for that closet they called a room... oh, but it was rated 3.5 starts lol. Right. The price at the time was 345 a night and the Walforf was only about 60 more... that's where I ended up ha ha.
