There's an agency I use that is local to me.  For as long as I have used this agency, their ladies and management have provided exemplary service to me.  One thing I learned as a businessman is that loyalty goes a long way.  Since I continue to rely on that agency, it's in my best interest not to do such a thing.  The one time I was approached by one of their gals with that type of proposition I politely turned her down.

That was the "No".  Now here's the "Yes".  I once booked with an agency and fell victim to a Bait and Switch.  The agency was not local to me, but I travel to their locale frequently, and fortunately the girl they did send happened to be wonderful.  She told me that she was contemplating going out on her own, and offered me her #, which I accepted.  Now, whenever I'm in range, I call her directly.  No loyalty to that agency because they B&S'd me without so much as a courtesy call.  They did call after the date and asked if I was satisfied,  I told them that girl was great but the agency wasn't because they didn't so much as do me that one simple courtesy.  Their explanation was that they feared I would cancel on them.  I may have, since the girl they sent had no TER presence at all, but it was late and I was horny, so I took the chance and was pleasantly surprsed.  She still works for the agency, but I see her privately.

I have been offered on more than one ocassion.  The times I didn't were mainly because I was out of town iwth no plans to return.  And I don't with my main agency because I don't particularly want to get banned at this point in time.  Who knows, maybe later.
