I've been hobbying for many years and have seen many women with & without breast implants. I personaly prefer all natural breasts. I've only met one lady called Lisa with breast implants that felt natural and looked great. For the ladies looking to have a breast implant soon or sometime in the near future.... you really need to contact  her to get the name of her surgeon. Again, I prefer all natural breasts but if you are going to get implants, please get a good surgeon. I've seen alot of horrible breast jobs in my 9+yr hobbying career.

With todays techniques of inserting an implant throught the navel(belly button) and placing it under the muscle it can be done without any signs. The badly done boob jobs are the ones that are most noticeable just like the badly done face lifts, or hair replacements.

to silacone boltons.  I will take a natural C cup any day to a silacone D or DD cup anyday if they look and feel like rocket cones...

But if I really connect with the lady, I really don't care.  So Absolutely no offense is intended by this post -- any way shape or form.

Any time you go under the knife it's dangerous, so why risk your life for something that's not that important.  If you think it will change your life, it won't.  I personally prefer a well proportioned body to big boobs, but in the end, natural is best.

I have yet to see a lady that looked better with impants. Real is SO much better.

Like you, numbnuts11, I have seen many ladies with implants.  

Some are hard, un-natural.  Sometimes, the ladies choose implants that are too large for their frames.

But I've also seen some VERY nice implants.  A non-provider friend of mine had a reduction and as part of the reduction, they put in implants (so they would be perky - she is in her 50's).

And my doubles partner got implants in February and they both look and feel natural.  A doctor friend of ours commented that hers looked good - that the doctor took his time and didn't just "stuff 'em in".  I would recommend her surgeon to anyone - but then, she did her research before she took the plunge.

Two things from a girl's perspective....  Do your research on the surgeon before you make a decision.  And get implants that fit you and your frame.

can be quite good IF the lady strictly follows the post-op protocols and restrictions, which requires patience and discipline.  But I am not advocating implants.  I prefer a fit, athletic or slender look, with natural breasts.

Yes keep them natural. You don't need more than a mouthful.

I have seen two ladies now with artificials which felt and looked almost natural.  I would say from most angles/touches you couldn't tell.  

Of course we're going to prefer natural, the ladies would too.  It seems to be reflected on a trysters bottom line that most men prefer large/natural first, then large/artificial, then smaller but natural.  It makes us sound shallow, but that appears to be the mentality nature has dealt us.

If you can't afford to do it correctly, getting a cheap set is really no better than getting ONE good one.  Bad fake boobs only look good when covered with fabric, and sometimes not even then.

I prefer natural, but have seen some add-ons that look fine.  There are plenty more that don't.

There is the elbow test for new hires... put their hands behind their head with their elbows pointed out... walk to the wall.  If their elbows touch first, no hire.

hee hee!  When I think of breasts that I like to look at and would love to "play with" I always go back to one PS - Christy Canyon!  Fan tas tic.

What most people don't realize is it's 50% surgical skills and 50% how the woman's body will take it. My ex had implants and they were so soft and natural, yet a friend of hers who went to the same doctor, got the same kind, same incision, hers didn't look so good. It depends on a woman's body, her skin, and the shape to begin with that determines the look and the feel. A surgeon friend sat me down and told me that she got lucky because her skin adapted really well. Not every lady's skin does as well.

OK...I guess I can be the test subject for that one...if I survie then you don't have to see those ladies, and if I don't survive...what a way to go.

While my ATF is perfect in every way, what I like in other women is not so much the size, but how well they are filled out. One lady has a good size A (maybe A+ or B-) and she looks great.  But I also like her personality. I have seen one nice lady that had implants and it didn't matter to me (they didn't feel any diferent to me). I know they have no control over this (just men can't control certain aspects either). Form not size! If I can illustrate, I don't like it when they look like an orange in the bottom of a tube sock.  

Women usually won't admit, but her self esteem is tied to her perception.  This is an unfortunate by product of today's socitey.  We are all guilty of this.

Maybe it improved their image in their own mind, but at best implants don't detract from her natural breasts and at worst they look like "bolt ons" I may be biased in that I like em a nice firm handful

I prefer small natural, then large natural, then bolt ons as a last resort. I'm sure there are many guys like me out there. Just because Hugh Hefner says big tits are better doesn't mean every guy thinks that way. Hugh dealt us this, not nature.

You might say, it's hardwired into me practically.

I am a breast man, and value breast the most important female body part to me.  Implants are turn off to me and a deal breaker.  The best surgery may fool me by the look, but never the touch.  My advice to providers is don't do it. In your biz, it's not just the look, the touch is as just as important and no surgery can duplicate natural touch.

I used to think exactly like you, but for me, that would eliminate too many great ladies.  

I may prefer larger breasts and natural ones, but it's not like augments today are at all like the ugly ones we saw in the '70s and '80s.  With those in my mind, I used to think I would never find implants acceptable.  I was wrong.  

I don't at all feel it was a compromise either.  One lady with artificials also had nipples so erect they stood out a full inch when she was aroused.  That's her natural feature.

unversal implantitus... when what you saw, might be a good push up bra! lol!

My favorite...?  Groping a gal's boob... to find her be responsive... ahhh.....
