Is Foxylists closed down? It seems so. Many providers use it as "their Site" so you may have to make another choice.

Site says "We Are having some server troubles ... Returning Shortly"  

Foxylists has been down for a couple of days. Shocking that they were hosting on Wix. More likely answer is that the hosting site decided they were violating terms and pulled the plug. This is why you don't see adult sites being hosted on US based servers anymore.

I never signed up with the site, but they stole my ad to post on their site without permission. Many sites do this it’s unprofessional. I don’t want to be on everyone’s site. I only advertise on less, than a handful.
