I found out another escort is sending out my pic as hers. Is there anything I can do? Any advice would be so hepful.

I would think that you have the complete right to the use or to decline use of your image commercially. The question of your being a provider should not even be an issue in court.

I'm surprised there isn't more of this problem, of both providers and non-providers having their image pirated.  Watermarks can be removed with Photoshop, if the pirate is determined, or if she gets it from a hacker who removes them.

Maybe you can get an attorney to send her a cease and desist letter.

And I would suggest posting your question on the Legal Board here as well, if you haven't already.

Dawn, I have a C&D letter I wrote for another escort.  If you want, I could delete her name and send you a copy.  All a C&D letter does is put the infringing party on notice that your material is protected.  You should also add a note to your website that all content belongs to you and is copyrighted.
