There was one on another board (I believe it was in the Dallas section), but was moved because girls can't review on that site....it ended up going into the general discussions area...now that I think of it, there is one in the Houston gen discussion area too....

I was actually contacted by a female for an appointment last fall.....I did the usual screening and she even had a provider reference!!
