It kills me to stay in a 2 room suite for too long, but that's just me. There is a local provider who boasts about her "upscale incall" which is a damn studio, in a bad part of town, and a freaking air mattress, from what guys have told me. I use incalls...end of story, unless touring.
From what I gather, it is the "focal point" of the unfurnished bedroom lol. That's just sad. This woman is greedy. She has two luxury vehicles, and can't afford to give her clients who are making that possible, a nice place to entertain? Greed.

I related my worst incall experience recently - a gal in a bad part of Phoenix where the toilet had been ripped out for some reason.
Beyond that, I've seen gals in one or another seedy motel on occasion, but I wouldn't say that the experience was that awful.
One motel in particular stands out in my mind, not for what was in the room but rather what was taking place outside the room: It was a summertime, Saturday PM, and the owner or manager of the motel (a young, rather corpulent type) was operating a miniature railroad train in the parking lot full of young kids (Presumably the children of the welfare moms who made up the bulk of the clientele.)
I had the feeling I had stepped into a Fellini movie.

And seems like most of the guys were ok with it, and knew it going in, so WTF. to each his or her own. Of course, the one guy did get the "Master Bedroom" with a shower even to clean up.
Had a low rent hooker trailer park in back. Hookers would stream in out trolling for dates. Average mobile home looked 100 years old. Bar was great too....
It was above a dive bar in TJ, a completely bare room with only a chair for furniture. I sat in the chair and she rode me for the three or four minutes it took me to get off.
Considering this was 1974 and it cost me a whopping five bucks, I guess I shouldn't be complaining.
The second worst was a seven dollar "chonga" in Quito Ecuador, I have no idea what the rooms looked like as I had one beer, (in a bottle that I opened myself) and I definitely kept my dick in my pants. I wouldn't even go to the head to take a piss as I was scared I might catch something that would make my dick fall off. lol
This was much more recently, I would say maybe five years ago. Nasty, downright fucking nasty.

I think the worst was a guy who had a nice big apartment and great job... but managed to be a disgusting housekeeper and a pack rat. Should have filmed it for hoarders lol. I wanted to hose down his place!
He was in the Phillippines. The room had a dirt floor, and the dirt floor had a hole in one corner where the girl pooped. In fact she pooped in front of him just before asking if he wanted anal. Maybe that's the local custom for girls to let the guy know your ass is empty.

Vagrants & SW's passed out in stairwells, we might as we'll have worked on the street. The new place she got wasn't that much better other than bigger & more private lol the bathroom is ugly as hell & the toilet doesn't work unless you pour a bucket of water in it. ( she's been there 6 yrs & it's still like that I hear. Whenever I would fill in for someone there I wouldn't bother to book my people it was too embarrassing.

The most recent one was a messy studio condo. Really tiny room. Smaller than a hotel room. I walked in and excused myself to the bathroom and almost walked out (but the girl was really cute and had good reviews) The sink was messy. There was no toilet paper. The shower was foull of water, and there was a plunger laying in it, and a bottle of clorox next to it.. Walked into the room and the bed was covered in a blanket that was smaller than the mattress. No sheets. Again, I thougth about leaving (but the girl was really cute and had good reviews). Anyway I stayed and had a good time. As I was leaving she apologized for not being able to offer me her shower, saying it was plugged and she was trying to fix it, but is now waiting for the buiding super to come. Next time I see her, I will get a hotel room and do an outcall.
Many years ago in a former life, in my streetwalker days, I did car dates, many bad hotel rooms and condos. Most of them shared rooms, sometimes with people fucking on the next bed in the same room.
