Oh yes, I do love it when a man has a naturally smooth chest. I haven't met many men who actually shave though, and I'm glad for that. A stubbly face can irritate delicate skin enough, I don't need a stubbly chest rubbing me raw during coitus!

As far as hairy chested men go though.....YUM. I mean ok, if the chest hair is long enough to braid, that's not so good. Otherwise though, a hairy chest just invites my fingers to take a walk through the forest and feel all that hair gliding over my fingers. I love it.

Now, I'm no 'ape' by no means, meaning I'm not covered in fur that you could make a sweater out of. But I have hair on my chest and stomach, none on my back, and light covered(sunbleached?) on my arms and legs. I shave 'junior' and the area because about 13 years ago I was in the hospital and they had to shave me for, well, that's besides the point. I used to sport the moustache and/or goatee but find that I look younger without. I'll be 42 in a few weeks, by the way, and a couple of older ladies told me I look 25. God bless 'em! :)

Anyway, I know a large percentage of ladies are bare down there, for whatever reason, which I dig! And if there's a little trail, that's fine also.

But obviously you don't have body hair on your chest or legs, and wondered if you had any hang-ups about the guy's in this matter?

I'm sure you see guys that shave their chest and legs. I might be alone in this sentiment, but I think it's GAY! If the dude's a bodybuilder and has to enhance himself for competition, well, more power to him.

But do you ladies dig this? I'd like to hope that as long as we're freshly showered, respectful, nice, and have an even nicer envelope for you that this is cool with you?!

I know I'm gonna hear some shit about this from some of the fellas, but like I said, I'm curious and I appreciate the ladies' input.

Thanx! M

A hairy chest and stomach. I like to call it "the happy trail". LOL. That is my personal preference. But a little hair, a lot of hair as long as the individual is clean. I am happy.

I couldn't agree more, Ann. Long, short, curly or straight, clean is thing.

However, I really much prefer hairless when it comes to the BJ region. Here's a bonus for those of you who haven't tried shaving "down there": it makes your dick look larger! (lol)

MPowers, yes this is a case where double standards are in full swing.  I personally keep a freshly waxed landing strip and believe women are able to maintain a higher level of cleanliness when the apple is freshly waxed = )
However, when it comes to the male counterpart, I truly believe a hairy cleavage on a man is the epitome of masculinity = ).  I love to run my finger thru a mans hairy cleavage and find it a real turn on.  Body hair, testosterone and balls/scrotum go hand in hand with being a man and there is nothing more uncomfortable than fresh stubble rubbing against the skin.
In regards to the pubic area some manicuring is a plus but completely bald/ waxed is not realistic.  Especially when dealing with more mature friends who have counter parts at home ;)

And no I am NOT GAY.  But I don't have any body hair to speak of.
So I shave, and I shave everything, except my full head of beautiful hair.  I have lifted weights since i was 13.  My physique shows it.
I don't have a beer belly either.  If you have a body that lends to shaving do it and yes the ladies approve.....enough said..

Like the kind you find on Burt Reynolds!  When he was young and posed for that Playgirl spot...  Whew!

I enjoy all types of men though.  Hairy and not hairy... Of course!

If you have a lot of chest and back hair, don't shave it off.  I know the back hair is an issue for some.  Not for me.  Natural is good.

But it is darker than the hair on my head. Like I said, my arms and legs are basically blonde, but I think it's because I expose them to the sun most of the year. The chest and stomach area are dark for some reason. And no back hair. Go figure?

I wouldn't worry about the color too much. However, if it really bothers you, dye it.  Always choose a shade just a tad darker than what you really want.  Especially with blonde dyes.  They always lighten more later.

Hugs, Betty xoxo

but i like the way just about everything feels on my nips.

but i dont like the way it feels in my mouth.

so a hairy guy might get alot of nipple action and a hairless guy might get more tongue action.

i like different things with different guys and i pretty much dig them all.

I myself am a SWM 57yrs old.  As I don't mind my salt and pepper look on my head, I don't like the way it looks down there ... so I shave (have my own V strip). It makes me feel clean and sexy... to myself.  Kind of like a nourishing thing.  It's part of my ritual pertaining to growing older yet acknowledging my youth. (not sure that came out right...lol... but I think you get it).
My chest is also salt and pepper and these days I just try to keep it trimmed.  I can only imagine how the stubble can be uncomfortable for a woman.

First off I love nice clean sexy smelling and feeling hair on a gentleman's body. If he shaves around the penis and balls it's great  but if not I don't mind. Just keep it trimmed.

Once you shave your chest and back the grow out period is itchy and scratchy. Your soft fur will stand on end somewhat like a porcupine for at least 8 weeks. If that picture doesn't make you not want to shave your body hair nothing will.

I love men soft and smooth or with hair but if you shave you will be doing it often. I do my pussy every morning. I use to wax but after my third lip burn I stopped. If your into pain try the waxing root and I think one time will be enough ;-)

I dont mind the body hair at all....esp if it is soft and the man just got out of the shower. I am kinda like those Axe commercials...just laying there sniffing the man.

However, I can do without the longggggg pubes. Has anyobe ever seen the Curb Your Enthusiasm episode where Larry gets his wife's pubes stuck in his throat for a few days?

It does not get that bad for me...but if I get one stuck I have to garggle really hard to get it out.

...it's not a hard rule. And you don't sound like a Sasquatch to me. ;) We ladies know that men are naturally more hairy than we are, and most of us have an ingrained cultural acceptance of more hair on men than women. While I enjoy the smooth, less-hairy men, it's really not a big deal. It certainly isn't going to cause me to treat a hairier guy any differently.

Well, unless that more hair is down below. That can change things. There's only so far a girl can bushwhack the jungle to get to the temple, you know? So, kudos to you for keeping things neat down there. ;)

It's makes for some prickly partying when it grows back in. I like a little hair, as long as you don't look like Sasquatch! :)

Alright but what about the other side of this coin, the ladies who have managed to refrain from making themselves into a two year old!  Nothing against triming thing a little, but come on BALD ( how Ironic is that?) but seriously I love a natural bush!  Had the opportunity to play a bit at the y recently with a very pretty gal who had about a two day stubble field,  OUCH did my bottom lip have to take one for the team on this deal.  So how bout it guys, anybody else out there tired of the bald but beautiful look?

I think everyone has a right to do whatever they want with their bodies. Personally, now that I've been shaved for years, I like it like that and it feels lighter.

Mpowers was asking what he should do, not what women should do to themselves.  And . . . I believe I said "don't shave the legs unless you're a cyclist."  Hair that is growing out is prickly, like you stated.  ;)

Hugs,
Ciara
