but it was a big disappointment.

Not only did I ruin $50 worth of her cosmetics but it took days to get the rouge and lipstick stains off of my cock.

I love it when I meet someone for the first time, and you can tell that they've put effort into their appearance.  I understand that different ladies have different styles, but it's suppose to be a date, so when I see a lady that makes the effort to be made up as if they're on a date - I can tell and appreciate it.

Just wondering.....

How much or what style makeup do you prefer?

Light and natural? Dramatic? Somewhere in-between?

Ladies feel fee to give input.

Thank you.

I prefer minimal makeup on women.  The same goes for sex workers.  I realize that some is necesary but I don't like it overdone at all.

My preference has always been for low maintenance women.

A little bit of eye shadow to highlight the eyes, and a bit of lip gloss to do the same for the lips, is a nice touch. Add freshly-showered hair and I'm a happy gent. I've never understood all the dark eye makeup that is often seen in mainstream porn. It seems to cheapen, instead of highlight, beauty.

I definitely like the natural look and not so much purfume that may get absorbed by your clothes and may raise suspicion once you leave.

but I don't think there is one answer for all men. A lot of men say they prefer 'natural beauty' but many women will not live up to the standard that is set by tv, magazines, etc. for flawless skin, small pores (or no pores at all!), a slight flush on the apples of the cheeks and long defined eyelashes that highlight the eyes without wearing any makeup. Having a natural beauty is often just about knowing how to apply makeup well so that those who prefer a fresh look are not really aware that you are wearing makeup and those that prefer a more made-up look can see the polished you and your makeup works to enhance your best features.

Choosing the right colours, products and using a light touch when needed is important - the woman in this photo is wearing a ton of makeup but she doesn't look overly made up, she wouldn't be out of place at a business function but would also look stunning in a dress on a date (or lingerie post-dinner).

Anyway that's just my 2cents, back to the boys now!

My initial response would have been "less is better" ...LOL.  However after I read Kyra's reply to your thread, I have to say that she made some very good comments that I totally agree with.

Recently, I had a dinner+show date  scheduled and wanted to dress to the nines--it's Vegas after all! I had my friend come over and do my hair and makeup (she's a professional) and in the middle of the makeup application, my client called to request that I not wear any makeup.  He also asked that I not wear any products in my hair, with my hair in the rollers already.   Something about keeping things organic and being a vegan.

a little clear or lightly colored lip gloss, pinched cheeks and hair pulled back in a pony tail does it for me.

Depends on how good the lady looks naturally.  I prefer light make up as long as she doesn't need any more...

Very well said! Case in point... you guys ever picked up a woman's magazine, where certain stars are caught "all natural"... YIKES in a lot of situations. Some woman are blessed w/natural beauty, but most need at least a little something to even posses that "natural beauty" look... it's all in the way the make-up is applied:)

I like heavier make-up.  I think it is sexier.  I am not into wholesomeness.....
