My hobbing is all done when traveling and I always seem to be at least a little stressed and fatigued from the travel. I am wondering do energy drinks have a positive or possibly negative effect on male libido and performance.

I highly recommend pineapple juice. I found that it gives me the extra boost when exercising in the gym. I drink it before the appointment and between rounds with the provider.

I love when the ladies say "why are you so hard".

I drink alot of pineapple/orange juice. Very refreshing and gives you a lot of enegy.I"ve been told that it makes my cum taste sweet. Have to take her word for that LOL

A guy asks his friend what he can do to be harder during sex.   His friend responds that eating rye bread is the way to do it.

He goes into a bakery and asks for a dozen loafs of rye bread.

The sales person responds that it be hard very quickly.

He thinks to himself, how could have he been the only one who did not know about rye bread before?

When travelling I find I get dehydrated, and in need of water, etc.   Airplanes are very dry places, and you sweat without even knowing it.

Drink plenty of liquids all the time, and you will feel better.

THe 'plenty of liquids' advice is the best. Do not have beer, wine or hard drink on a plane. Take a bath and try to relax and do not eat too much. A cola, tea or sweet juice is good advice.

than what you may intend. Stimulants act on people in different ways. It may trigger your body into the Fight/Flight para-sympathic response. That is a fancy way of saying your body may think it needs to use its energy in non-erecting ways, so you may have a harder time (no pun intended) in getting erect.

So, if you can, experiment on yourself before the day of the date with different drinks. Try to recreate the feeling of fatique you have and then try some drinks with and without caffeine, and also drinks with and without the B vitamins. Fruit juices can be okay, but since they are mostly sugar, try to learn how soon after drinking them you get the 'sugar crash'.

If you have the opporunity to take a 20-minute cat-nap, that will do more for recharging the batteries than most drinks. The key is to not go over that amount of time.

Also, if you shower prior to a date, or even on the date at the beginning, using a soap with a good amount of eucalyptus in it will help to revive you quickly.
