....in the determination of when it's time for her to move on, or for that matter neither does the length of time she's been in the business necessarily determine it.  I think it has much more to do with whether her attitude & outlook is being affected in a negative way.  

There have been a few posts on this board in the not too distant past by gals who either never should have been providers in the first place, or else stayed in it long enough to become embittered about men & likely about life itself.  One such name I recall is exxxxprovider (although I might not have the number of x's in her handle correct).  If you didn't see what she had to say, you might use the find message feature...I can't think of anything that illustrates my point any better than her words do.

If and when she becomes cold, hardened and hateful.  

Believe it or not, some providers even in their fifties still out-perform the younger girls and haven't lost their looks either, so age is not really a factor.

Of course, once she passes 65, even the best attitude has its' limitations...
