Ah....Election year antics

It seems to be pretty focussed on the Korean spas and the people who run them. The thing that shocked me the most was seeing that the feds confiscated 138,000 condoms -- and only busted 42 providers. That's over 3200 condoms per provider that got busted; someone got a deal for buying in bulk, I suspect.  

I mean, it's not a bad hypothesis, but this is mostly about busts that happened back in August 2005, and nobody was talking much about immigration then.  

I'm sure that the immigration thing is going to ultimately affect the situation, in that I suspect it's going to get harder to bring ladies over from Korea/Thailand/Bosnia/wherever. Still, while there's demand for inexpensive poon in the US, and since $10,000 is not an impossible sum here (but a huge amount in some other countries), there's always going to be a supply. The problem is going to be mitigating the problem of women getting forced into the business and turned into wage-slaves.
