If you have not, then would you consider seeing a provider just based on her profile, rating, and reviews? What would need to be true to see a provider with no pictures (e.g., 30+ stellar reviews, TER rating of 9.5, and $300/hr)? What is your rationale?
In fact, I have never encountered this so I think your hypothetical is FOS. How else in the world would I know if she pushes my buttons? Hell, I won't even go from her ad to her web site if there's no picture in the ad. Any girl who runs an ad without a picture is an idiot. Or at least she won't get my business. When you scroll down a ad to see a pic and there isn't one. That's why the pictures come after the words.

In fact, that is how I met my SB last year.
For me to see a TER girl with no pics, I would have to have someone I trust a lot, who has seen her, who knows my taste, tell me she was my type and that the stellar reviews were legit.

as I believe TER rules state that a condition of being reviewed and having a profile is that the provider have a link to some website that has a photo of her.
That said, I recall one provider I know who had taken down her photos for whatever reason from her website, though a few months later they were back up. In any case, if you do want to see said gal, write her and ask if she would send you some photos are tell you where her photos can be found.

Very risky! We eventually met for coffee and the gal was drop dead gorgeous - never seen anyone THAT good looking before or since. I told her if she posted an ad linked to something benign like a blog I would support her in the context of saying she was genuine (and stunning!)
Never did she use photos and she became a consistent 10/9 on here. She has since delisted as she has happily moved on but she is proof it can be done....

with no reviews and no TER rating than no pictures, and I do when I'm in the mood once in awhile to TOFTT. The happiness/disappointment ratio by selecting from photos ONLY is aboiut 50/50 for me.
If not even a photoshop and blurring can make several pics worth sharing, I'm not interested. I'm not quite as dumb as I look.

For every person who "requires" a photo prior to booking, there are just as many that don't. To each his own.
I might consider to book an appointment if the provider was willing to meet for a drink beforehand to see if there was a connection. I wouldnt want to miss out on something potentially fantastic and I wouldnt mind buying a women one drink! Not sure how many providers would go for that though.
