usually my post goes right through to "active" but lately all my posts are initailly marked for review and then approved later.

I have sometimes had two or three posts in a row go into the moderation queue prompting me to ask admin if I had done something wrong to get moderated, I know, what do I ever do around here to get in trouble, right? lol

But whatever, I don't care, I guess they need something to do.

To go active WITHOUT going through moderation, but I have been known to be controversial and combative on occasion, so do you blame them?

After posting for a while If they show they can post without violating TER's rules. However it is not automatic. You have to ask. Just click on the contact us button and ask to get unmoderated. It's either a yes or no answer. They unmoderated you and your posts go live right away, or they say no and you keep on posting and ask again in a month or so.

Like GaG said, just ask them. They won't reply to you on this thread. You can use the RAP button on your post as GaG mentioned or use the contact us button. Just ask if you are now moderated and why. They'll either say yes and give you a reason, or they may find it's a tech glitch and fix it.

On the Sports Board, no issues there. But on most, yes big bro is watches over us...Shit, I've been put on "probation" for awhile...all my fault of course

Yeah, It happens to the best of us, even when you thought what you wrote was innocent. But you live and you learn. I've even gotten in trouble a few times.

...what the criteria is to not have posts delayed for being moderated but my posts are always delayed and moderated. Oh well!

I had one short post that didn't go live right away... and right after it a really long one which often trigger moderation, which did not?!   I thought my longer posts triggered review...  back to the drawing board!

The only exception I see is the Reviewer only board.  I would guess the Provider only board is the same.

I'm not moderated, except on moderated boards like Politics & Religion, and the random moderation mentioned above.

As for the rest of the boards, unless they have made changes since my mod days, if you are moderated on one board, you are moderated on all the boards, with the two exceptions we noted of course.

Only new posters and posters who have broken rules are moderated. The exceptions are the Sports board and the P&R board as GaG and BP mentioned above.

this is my only visit to the Sports Board in many, many months.  And I promise not to go back any time soon.  Hell, if your home town teams with the Yankees, Mets, Giants and Jets, would you be spending much time there? LOL!
