I don't have a preference...

I don't mind having visitors but I do make a judgement call beforehand and so far my comon sense and gut instinct have never betrayed me -- and I've been playing for the last two decades.

Sometimes logistics and timing demand that a hotel visit takes precedence, But again, usually, either way is fine.

Gents when going to see your date, ideally do you prefer to go to a hotel or a private residence (condo/apt)?

Regarding a home, they are more personable and encourage more familiarity,  but on the other hand, there is the problem of neighbors, and if the neighborhood is iffy, that is a concern.   An apartment in a nice building is good, but a home in a neighborhood, especially if children are playing around, is not so good.

Regarding a hotel, assuming it is a busy one, the security is not so bad, but you know that you'll be caught on a camera, not that that matters so much.   It tends to be less personal, but if a large 4 or 5 star place there is the presence of a bar/restaurant if you are so disposed to spend some social time.   Having a public bathroom in the lobby so I can make a pit stop there before coming up is a good thing.   Having elevators that need a card key to get up can be a pain.

In total, the good and bad aspects of each more or less cancel out.

I have no idea what I am walking into. I have had a few bad experiences. You cant beat a nice, upscale, clean hotel but that is just my 2 cents.

I can see that because some residences can be in bad neighborhoods or not clean but if a lady is not clean trust me her hotel room might be dirty too.

with providers who try to run an incall for multiple customers from the same hotel room,  It's mostly a hygiene issue for me at having sex in a high-volume bed on the same day, so when I'm traveling on business I only do outcall to MY hotel.  To answer your question, I would prefer an apartment or condo maintained by the provider for the incall location.  That way, the sheets can be changed between customers and the towels later customers use will still be dry.

I can see that. I always prefer to host at my incall location cause I can maintain it clean and sanitized.

It just depends on the specific venue. I've been to plenty of incalls in hotels and private residences. Either one is usually fine.
Like the tag line in the old Certs ad.

Or they can both be wrong.

This is exactly why I like to an Airbnb with a washer and dryer! I also get a house with multiple bedrooms. That way there are sheets I can use while others are washing. And usually there many towels. Always put I have several guests too so I get enough towels.

When I lived in a high volume area residence . Had a nice place could give two fucks what the neighbors thought

Doesn't make much difference to me. I've been to plenty of upscale residences and some lower-end apartment complexes. As long as they're clean inside I'm fine with them.

I mainly visit ladies at hotel incalls and in the Tysons Corner area (Virginia) ladies seem to all use the same 5 or 6 hotels so I'm very familiar with their layouts, elevator locations, lobby restrooms, etc. so there's a high comfort level in these places.

But either way I'm fine. I can't say I have a preference.

The few bad Incall experiences have been private residences.  I won’t necessarily rule this out.  I usually can feel the vibe when I contact a lady I have not seen previously, plus performing my due diligence gives me a bit more security!

A nice hotel is my first choice. Walk in like I own the place and go find the room. Never had a problem. An outcall visit to my hotel room works perfect. A provider maintained incall is fine, too.

I doubt there will ever be another visit to a private residence for me. And one bad experience was plenty. If there are family members or, SURPRISE, boyfriends who show up...they actually do maybe own the place. Good times, but not the kind I came for.

But the one thing that has always made me wary of private residences is parking.  If I have to park in a driveway or on the street in a residential neighborhood, It's not my favorite.  The odds of someone seeing and recognizing my car are low, but never zero.   Once, a lady was using an AirBNB as her incall for her visit to my town, and she had the garage open for my arrival, and closed it after I pulled in.   Nice move!

Parking is becoming an issue with hotels. More and more hotels have parking garages that you can only access with a room card from the hotel, so they only want paying guests to use the parking garage. This is especially the case with the high end hotels where escorts generally have incalls.

I’ve run into this three times in the last few months in downtown Nashville, where parking is at a premium and you can’t park on the side of the road.

One time, I had to park across the street from the hotel the escort was staying at in a restaurant parking lot and hope my car wasn’t towed since the signs stated “Parking for restaurant only.”

Then I had to cross West End, which is like trying to cross the road in the “Frogger” video game (which was big back in the 80’s). Even though the speed limit is 40, cars fly down the road going 60 + mph and it’s always busy.

Fortunately I crossed safely and crossed back 90 minutes later and my car hadn’t been towed.

Parking at some hotels is an issue. I hope escorts consider that when they are selecting incall hotels.

Parking downtown in any major city can be a hassle. Airports tend to be in the suburbs so airport hotels usually have better parking options.

Google for "parking garage apps" and maybe add "Nashville." They keep track of available parking spaces near your destination. With some, you can reserve a space for a specific time and some even offer discounts.

Buy a spike strip ($20 - $50) that you can toss or slide (like bowling) across the lanes. That'll stop traffic so you can cross safely. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Spike_strip

First of all, when doing an in-call as a provider/hobbyist. You have a lot of Pros & Cons about doing it at your personal residence compared to hotels

PROS                                                                                                                                                  CONS
1)  No hotel fees.  Which means you have more cash                                           1)   Neighbors that want to get in your
in your pockets                                                                                                           business and rat you out to the police
and your landlord (If you are renting).

Kick a decent reviewed chick out of our home years ago. She had issues in the bathroom. It wasn’t poop issues. Learned our lesson .

Hotel 100%.  Not interested in being around someone's home.  Feels odd and also you never know what's around.  Hotels also have cleaner towels, sheets, etc.

My preference is outcall to my hotel room.  I can set the mood to meet my tastes and have clean sheets on the bed.

from my client perspective, I can’t say either is better as it is very situation specific.
I know there is an economic advantage to using your own place, but if I were a provider, I would be very nervous about my safety with strange people I don’t know coming to my residence and now knowing where I live… not all clients are honest, respectable, trustworthy people, as sad as it is to say that.
