Keep in mind that to a guy who is married to a fifty year old woman who weighs in at 250 and can't even get her to fuck him. ANY woman under 50 years old and under 200 lbs that will actually both fuck him AND suck his dick is a solid 10 to that guy. There is nothing that can be done about most guys lack of standards.

 
I will agree that LOW scores mean an immediate pass, the same with a super low price point, pretty much anything under $200 hr virtually guarantees you a substandard session, but unfortunately the opposite is far from true. A provider with a string of a dozen 10-10 reviews does NOT guarantee you a good, much less great session, nor does paying GPS rates. I have found that once you reach a certain price point, usually around $300 hr in the middle of the country and more like $400 on the coasts, paying more money doesn't really have that much correlation with better looks or better service.

 
Reviews are great for weeding out total rip off session, vetting women who do NOT provide certain services and keeping you from walking into a sting, but as far as looks go, the best you can hope for is for the reviewers to be truthful about "Are the pics real/accurate" and then you need to make up your own mind as to which women you find attractive.

 
One other thing that will do the entire community some good, if the woman is NOT the hottie in the pic, going through with the session only encourages more of the same, I think EVERY guy should be prepare to walk when he knows he's been lied to, and walk without leaving a single penny "For her time" Do NOT reward bad behavior.
