After correcting spelling I like to close for 24 hours then re-read to see how it flows. I often find improvements in grammar, or may decide to remove some detail...or add something I had forgotten the first draft.
I've noticed on some of the reviews that I've submitted, I repeated a phrase or an entire sentence, for instance, in one paragraph I'll say that I requested a 2-hour session, and a few sentences later I'll say that she was with me for 2 hours, or I might say in one part of the review that she doesn't work for an agency, and in another part I say it again.
It occurred to me that even with my supposedly close proofreading before submitting, I'm not as precise or careful as I thought I was being (further evidenced by zillions of avoidable typos). The repetitive content I've written is something else that slips by me, and I realized it's partially due to my taking several hours or even a day or two to complete a review. When I fill out all the preliminary information in the dropdown boxes, I might log off and do other things, log back on, write a little more, repeat. It's because I'm doing the review in various stages at a time that I include stuff twice.
So just out of idle curiosity, I thought I'd put this question out there to ask about other's methodology for writing their own reviews.
I am not asking this seeking advice or tips or pointers on what I should do, I'm just bringing up a topic for discussion.
Re: My reviews.. I write all of them in my Notepad ++ and then proofread them. As someone who doesn't speak English as his first language, I find that useful.
I almost never write my reviews in one sitting, because I get to busy with this, that, and the other to finish it up.

over a period of time using Word on my phone. Once completed, I will read it a few times looking for any missing info or possible rephrasing of text prior to posting it. Then it's just cut and paste into the review form for easy submittal once all of the other info is completed.

You and I use similar approaches, eastside. Since I joined this website, I've learned that the best way to get a whole lot of typos is to try and write anything here within TER's fields. Somehow, even with proofreading on my part before final submission, hours later when I read the published product, it's rife with typos. The 4-hour window for editing one's posts doesn't always work for me because of the time period we have to wait for our posts to be approved. Sometimes it's immediate, within seconds, sometimes it's several days. If I log off of here and don't read my approved posts until after the 4 hours have expired, those typos are there to stay. That's why I like using the Documents Feature on my burner phone to type things out then cut and paste my masterpieces onto TER.
I also take days to finish some reviews. I write, rewrite, rearrange, delete, add to, etc. That's why I mistakenly repeat certain things without realizing it until it's a published work.
(See? I just found a typo here and was able to edit it because they approved me in about 15 minutes and I'm still logged on.)
