One of the joys of this hobby is getting with the kinds of girls you always dreamed about. For me, it was the petite young things with the 98-pound frames -- spinners, I think they're called -- whom I so admired from a distance but never had the courage to approach. But now, not only are they approachable but oh so receptive to my advances as well. It's an opportunity to try out new and exciting styles of coupling that only become possible with a spinner as a partner.

I'm thinking in particular of certain positions, such as one commonly known as "stand and carry". This is where the man literally carries the woman, who wraps her arms and legs around him. Because no support is involved, other than the man's own strength, it works best when the lady is light enough to be carried easily.

On a whim, I decided to try the stand and carry with a new spinner friend. She was lying on the bed with me inside her, and I slowly backed us off the edge and lifted her right up into the air. At 6'2" with a strong back, I got us into the position easily, but after that I wasn't so sure what to do. I tried raising her up and down using only my arms, but that proved quite difficult to sustain. Next I tried a kind of standing hip thrust, but it seemed so awkward. Before long I returned her to the bed and continued in a more conventional manner.

Some time later, I tried again with another new friend, this one even shorter and lighter (Asian). But it still wasn't easy. I muttered my frustration, complaining that I was new to this. She replied with a voice of experience. "It takes teamwork," she said, and bobbed along with me, right in sync. It helped, but I couldn't shake the feeling that my technique was all wrong.

Perhaps I need to work on my upper body strength. While weight lifting at Gold's Gym last week, I put a 50-pound dumbbell in each hand -- a close approximation of my lady friends' weight -- and began some shoulder shrugs to simulate the stand and carry. Indeed, I tired after only 10 reps or so. (Luckily the guy doing curls next to me didn't realize what I was thinking about.)

Now that I'm out of ideas, I'm hoping that someone here has more experience with the stand and carry and could offer some tips. Is there a trick to it? Or is it just one of those things that takes practice? I tried searching the Internet but found little advice. Thanks for any suggestions!

Doesn't matter how strong you are. Watch the biggest, buffest gym rat you can find do his curls. How many reps can he get out with 100 pounds? You're essentially trying to do the same thing here, curls with a 100lb woman - you can't sustain that for very long and it will feel like more work than pleasure.

You can probably do more shrugs than curls at that weight but those are useless, because there isn't a long enough range of motion with shrugs - unless you have a 3 inch dick.

I've found two ways to make this work. And even then, if she isn't experienced with it, fogeddabowdit.

The first requires her to fuck you, not vice versa. All you do is hold her, and provide a good sturdy place for her to put her feet or ankles so she can leverage her weight and ride your dick.

For me it works best when she wraps her arms around my neck, and I clasp my hands together behind my back with the tightest grip I can manage - essentially allowing her to use my forearms as a set of stirrups. This is about the eqivalent of you being used as a set of monkey bars. If she is good at it and gets a good, even, predidictable rythm going, then you can start using her momentum against her driving your pelvis back into her and get a pretty good hard fuck going. Most important here is the placement of your feet at a wide uneven stance so you can maintain your balance.  

A variation of this, if you want to put your hands under her ass to have more control over her motion, is for her to dig her feet into your hips. This equires her to be a little more felxible and after a while it is really going to start hurting your hips. The girl will need some strong thighs.

The other way, which I prefer because I don't like being in sexually passive positions is using leverage. This is pretty simple, looks something similar to the picture in your link, only I usually put both hands under her ass - you just put her back against a wall or some other piece of furniture and use it to leverage her weight, and then go to town. There's a variation of this as well, where you can rest YOUR back against a wall, taking away the need to focus on your balance so you can use all your strength for pushing her little frame up and down on your cock.  

Try some other standing positions while your at it. Like the standing 69 - this one is easy because your shoulders do most of the work without moving. I like the vacuum cleaner too (her hands on the ground, you standing).

A twisting motion while holding a weight in front of you is responsible for 70% of all herniated disc.  So make sure she stays right in front of you to prevent injury. FYI

Have her hold her arms around your neck, sorry, just the hands so that both hands are firmly at the back of your neck. Take your arms and put them under the backs of her knees so that you are just holding her by her legs and she is holding you with her arms. With this positioning, you can actually get good thrusts in and fuck missionary (or at least I feel this is the closest position to it) while being able to go for a long time because both of you guys are carrying the weight and not just the guy.

*the only time this doesn't work is when it feels too good for her and she stops putting in the effort to hold onto your neck. Her arms will go limp and she will slide down and in the most absolutely worst case scenario, break your dick.
