Flaming from behind an alias is cowardly, and TER recognizes this in their administration of the boards. The reason is that members cannot put an alias on ignore, so using one to harass other posters without their ability to block you is not allowed. If you want to risk having your alias flipped so that everyone here will know your username, keep it up. Last chance.

a simple search of my posts would show that I did not post between 2019 and 2022, which is OVER A YEAR, just like I said. This is the exact reason why I don't tell providers my TER handle or that I write reviews, it can be weaponized just like you admitted in your post.
And to answer your initial question, you already know the answer to; most providers hate TER. Or at least pretend to hate TER while having the TER stamp on their website.
to see if there’s a good fit “weaponizing”? I call it smart. If a provider were to read my reviews and decide based on those she’d rather not meet me, I’d be glad she did it and saved me from wasting my time and money.

I also know I have a very *strong* personality, so I would very much encourage prospective clients to read my posts, reviews, and my X (twitter) account to see if we would be a good match. I have had gents say that I am alienating some clients by voicing my opinion. No....what I am doing is a favor to you so you can know ahead of time if you think our personalities will mesh. What do ladies look for in client reviews? Be honest but be polite about it! If you trash talk ladies in every one of your reviews it is not a good look.
when I was reviewing on another website before I started reviewing here after starting fresh with the CDL username. If they don't like EVERYTHING you said, then there is often a price to pay. When I changed my username here to CDL and have kept it anonymous so that I cannot be connected I found I could write the good, the bad and the ugly without consequence. I feel that complete honesty makes reviews more valuable to fellow members, but many reviewers are cowed by the potential blowback and therefore none of their reviews are less than glowing. Anonymity is the ticket to worry-free reviewing.
With that said, I will agree with Stevie that it's a way to prevent a bad session if you are a bit lazy on your own vetting by letting the provider turn YOU down, but I always have enough recent references to satisfy most ladies I want to see screening requirements, so no need to mention my TER reviews.

Another news flash: I don’t mention my reviews unless the provider asks if I ever write reviews, during her screening. I choose to be honest about that. I know some people don’t feel the need to be honest. Also, a provider might choose to look up my reviews on her own volition using my hobby email. I make that option available to them, rather than hiding my reviews from providers as some do.
In my view, being man (or in some cases, woman) enough to own up to what you write is the ticket to worry-free reviewing.

You missed my point. Most mongers want to be proactive in matching themselves up with providers that are THEIR TYPE. That means vetting them yourself for reviews, looks and service. Telling a provider to read your reviews and then tell YOU if SHE doesn't want to see YOU seems backasswards to most people with a lot of experience in this biz. When business is slow, they are always going to tell you they want to see you as long as you haven't killed anybody, so why give them ANY part of the decision-making process? What if she agrees to see you but it's still a crummy session. Are you going to whine because you left it up to her and it didn't work out? As customers, we should take command of the selection process in order to minimize disappointments. We are all going to have some, but why invite them?

Here’s a news flash - no matter how many girls CDL has seen, primarily of a particular type by his own admission, he cannot speak for most independent providers.
There was a time when I first started in this biz where I tried to be a chameleon, including offering sessions outside of my comfort zone. Those days have passed. One of the perks of being a mature provider is that I know what I like and what I am good at. I do read reviews when I can. I like to know my clients and what they are looking for. Are we a good fit? If their preferred session style doesn’t suit me, I can pass. They should be happy as I would not be into it anyway and I can’t be bothered to fake it anymore. If their preferences align with mine, I will look for clues about what they especially like to emphasize those things in their sessions and make it as good as possible for them.
One thing is certain - I am not desperate and I do not lower my standards when times are slow.
I speak for myself, not for all providers, but I’ve known many ladies like myself.
I’ve never worked for an agency, or been a high volume provider seeing multiple clients back to back every day, so I cannot speak for those girls.
