The answer to question one is yes. I am married to one. I am good friends to my ATF husband. Yes many providers are married and many more have BF.  As for what we do what the hell do most married guys do when their wifes at work? Answer in my case to question two is as often as I want for the most part. My wife and I have sexual relations about 4 Times a week on average when I am healthy enough for sex. But like most marriages it is  different for each couple. Why do you care? As for the last question,  My wife works at a legal brothel and I couldn't join her if I wished. Frankly, I would not really wish to join her. I done MFM with her but it all about her. Her time with her clients is about them.
