If so, then i thnk that would quantify a woman as being 'busty.'  

I saw someone looking for a busty provider weeks ago and didn't respond because to me busty would be big and disproportionate to my frame. I don't mean in a bad way at all, just an observation. For instance a woman with a 24 waist and 34D boobs might qualify.  I'm a 32D but I don't consider myself busty because they're proportionate to my other measurements 32D-26-34.

I dated a Vietnamese woman who was quite busty and she was only a 32 B. BUT her frame was so small at about 32B-22-32 and under 100 lbs that she looked quite busty. If she had D cups she probably would not have been able to stand up straight. lol

In my opinion, it really depends on her build. If she's 100 pounds, but has C-cups, she's probably going to appear on the busty side. If she's 300 pounds, and wears DD-cups, she probably won't seem very busty.

It is all relative to the rest of her body. Some ladies can look busty with a b cup. (A 5' tall 90 pound slim gal, for example) and some even with a DD or bigger may not appear "busty."

I would say me, I am considered busty. 36DDD natural. I also think that implants can be considered busty as in the amount of CC they have in them. I think anything over a DD is busty.
