"I arrived at her hotel room where she did not play around with any of the "hide behind the door" games. ... I asked to take a bath or shower as I was a bit sweaty after the long walk to her place. I actually cleaned up in the river, down the hill from her room. When I got back two hours later, wearing nothing but a towel, she politely reminded me that our time was up.  Without complaining, she did let me overstay while I got dressed and we had a pleasant chat until I finished tying my shoes. She said that she had a great time and would love to see me again and that she would bring binoculars."

I know this is a joke, but there really is no particular side to a one-way-mirror.  They are half-slivered.   It's just that if you are on the brighter side, the reflection is too bright to see the subdued light from the darker side.

...of my younger, more foolish days when I would go backpacking and forego taking a tent. Beautiful and exhilarating at first, then the mosquitos arrive, it gets colder and it all turns to hell when you have to take a shit in the middle of the night. If you ever want to end a relationship with a gal, take her on this kind of “adventure”. A friend of mine did that and he found out pretty quick that she was a “city” girl. LOL!
