Is she on multiple advertising platforms? Tryst, Er*s, Slixa? etc. Does she offer outcall? Is she on p411? Let me state though that none of these questions, in and of themselves point to or suggest LE. Many legit girls only use one advertising site, don't have any SM at all or do not offer outcall.

LE just tends to use the KISS method (keep it simple, stupid) and as far as I know, they just wont go to a lot of trouble over years building up a fake persona to nab just a few guys. It just isn't cost effective. What they like to do is put up an add with a fairly believable good looking woman with a reasonable fee and bust all the guys that show up that day OR what they do is bust a girl in the morning who doesn't screen and then wait for all the guys to come see her that day to bust them.

Yes, beating the charges usually doesn't help the guy in question any as the arrest alone, coupled with the publication in the local paper/website of same is what leads the guy to divorce, possible job loss and humiliation.

My question to you though is why risk it when there are so many verifiable, spectacular women available? The TOFFT guys are necessary as they are generally thrill seekers so if you fall unto that camp, so be it, but those guys tend to be experts in spotting LE's deception. I would suggest any new guy to this business to play it smart. Then when you gather that experience, reach out to less verifiable women.

If that is the case, my advice is, "Go for it".  Someone willing to TOFTT is always appreciated.

Perhaps a username that specifically states that you are loser AND you are broke might not be the best way to present yourself to potential provider? :p

As someone who's a risk taker..

And has met/seen my fair share of un-reviewed ladies. One thing I can say is that nothing beats experience. In time you'll develop a instinct or sixth sense as to who's real and who's a scammer. One thing is, you have to know how to read peoples communication. And go where the information is, besides TER there's other forums that will help you connect the dots.
Once you start with a open intro in your first message, Then study how she responds. The more they engage the better. Try to read between the lines. By that time, I'll know if I'm communication with the booker, her assistant or maybe herself. And just so you know, bookers or assistant aren't a bad thing...I just don't care for them...(Sorry Mia..lol)
And your number 6 is spot on, those 200 girls are the entrance fees, expect upsell,upsell and ....UPSELL. There a website where they seem to gather all the ads. You'll see a shit load of hot girls with the 200 tag. Those I would cross off.

Social media can be a good way to get a feel for her. However, I know a few who don’t even handle it themselves. It’s a good list. Especially, when you see the 10s under cutting the competition by a large amount. Red flag for sure .

Even after 20 yrs of doing this, the only time I  have seen unreviewed lady is when she came as a recommendation from another lady I had seen and enjoyed time with.

I'm further along in my hobbying journey so I look for a combination of things.  I'm not trying to get taken away in handcuffs for sure, but I'm certainly not trying to experience an "expensive lesson learned" either.  I tend to stay away from providers that require deposits and or have no reviews.  Are their some that I would make an exception for? Sure, but that is few and far in between, unless the juice (rate) is worth the squeeze (menu options).

Answer: Websites are cool, but for me they are not the end all be all.  Though don't get me wrong, that are a huge plus.  Social media is acceptable in lieu of website, agency ad, Eros, Sixla, etc...  But it would take a strong combo of any of these to just jump at someone unreviewed.  I'm just really trying to see different looks/photos of the provider, hopefully in different outfits, hairstyles, etc. to make a better informed decisions as to whether or not i would like to see her.  To your second part in parenthesis, if you are cautious perhaps use an alternate search engine or VPN and make sure to erase your history afterward.

Answer:  This isn't always the case.  On certain specific sites, services are alluded to or acronyms are used so you can get the gist of what specifically is being offered.  Or it is just flat out stated.  So I guess it depends on where you are searching.  But for me it all goes back to reviews.  And if they aren't present, then it is a pass for me.

5. Does she screen clients and requires a deposit? (I know people complain about deposits but I don't see a cop asking for a 30% deposit when their goal is to get you in handcuffs...plus no deposits would make people LESS likely to take the bait.)

Answer:  There is a reason some people complain about deposits.  On some specific sites deposits are required for some girls, but if you look at the travel schedule it doesn't make logical sense e.g. New York to San Fran to DC to Arizona to Florida.  So that's a red flag that said provider probably is a scammer.  So while you may be willing to send a deposit, that ad may be just meant to collect deposits without every actually meeting in person.  There are some additional easily noticeable red flags like a provider charging $150 for a QV but requiring a 30% deposit.  At the end of the day, deposits are subjective.  I can't say that if I had tons of discretionary income that I wouldn't be more willing to send deposits.  But the way my bank account is set up...

6. Should be obvious, but does the price of what I'm getting look too good to be true? If she looks like a blonde slim thick fitness model, literally a comic book superheroine, and she is asking for $200 for one hour, something is off....

Answer:  For the most part some of that may be correct.  Although I have seen and booked providers that charge a crazy low rate in comparison to their looks that are legit.  Again, I've been hobbying for 15 to 20 years, but they are out there.  One lady that comes to mind, who I've seen a few times, is Jazz (link below).  She 200/hh, slim thick, gorgeous face, but Non-GFE.  Some other variations of that might be all that you stated above but the session is just for a massage, or just starting out, local, or UTR.  Just recently I was introduced to a UTR through a local board/word of mouth.  She works a normal job, good looking, blonde, but just wanted to make some extra cash in exchange for certain favors.  She had no TER or other major board reviews, but she was full GFE 200/hr.

For the most-part, you have a good system/structure.  Stick to what works for you, and if it doesn't feel comfortable, move on.

Another risk inherent in seeing non-reviewed ladies is falling victim to the "show price." This happens when you hand her the white envelope, only to be told that even the most fundamental GFE activities are "extra."  

What can you do then? I heard a story where a guy went to the front desk of the hotel, showed the lady's ad to the manager and said "She's operating out of room 210." That ruined her night but, alas, didn't get his back.
