Just a few years ago nearly all arrangements to set up a session were done by email, but today nearly 100% are done by text.

Thanks to Verizon I sometimes don't get an email for 5-10 minutes or longer. That's an eternity when waiting for the room number.

It works fine for me and my suitors. I rarely accept same day appointments.  And my replies are prompt.  
I know a lot of ladies that use booking forms submitted through their website only.  I think the majority of delay issues stem from a lack of comprehension when submitting your initial email.
Make sure to include all the required information.

All my first contacts are still done by email or TER pm. If the provider tells me she’d prefer texting after initial contact, I don’t have an issue texting.

...e-mail. The day of the appointment text or phone call is how I do it. Been this way since I started this about 10 yrs ago. This is how all the providers wanted it done. It still works. There is an agency I use that states text is better and quicker so that's what I do. One of the ladies I've seen for years told me to just call her.

I prefer FIRST contact to be via P411, TERpm, email with info, or myminivaca.com web page form. It takes care of the initial questions I have  before we meet. Then a two call system for the meeting.  

... all my appts are made via email. And why not, their email is prominently displayed on their ads and website. I have seen ads where the escort only texts but very, very few. Where the texting comes in is when I am in the hotel lobby or on the street corner seeking confirmation of the room#/apt#.  

At least with first appointments virtually all of mine have been made with emails. It's an anomaly that emails haven't worked with you and the ladies.

I much prefer e-mail/PMing for first time introductions; I feel I’m better at making a good impression in writing and in person than over the phone.

While he might have been using Email a "few years ago" we all know that when he first started he was making contact by Pony Express, you gripe about 5-10 minutes, fish used to have to wait 5-10 weeks to hear back. lol

I follow the same pattern of communication.   Most times it works for me.  

email to set up the date is easiest especially if its a day or more in advance. then at the time of the date, text is best because emails can get delayed annoyingly.

I mostly communicate through email, though I do text a few clients I've seen in the past who say they have old phones and/or email takes too long. I prefer email because a very large portion of prospective clients seem to have issues giving me all the info I need right away, and that's one method I use to screen. So if you can't give me all the info I need and we can't set up an appointment in less than five emails total, it's not happening.

Email is far more discreet.  I don't even give out my number until after screening.

Most of the ladies I see now are friends I've known for years.  When I do see a new lady, I follow her instructions on her website to the letter.  This isn't rocket science.

Initial contact, and setting up the date are done via email, because I use a booking form on my website.
Once everything is set up, confirmation is done via text.
Once we've had our initial date, we can do everything via email or text, whichever the client prefers.

I rather my website being used to book because it sends me a email with where they found me ad and what’s the best way to contact the client . So automatically it’s based through email. I verify through p411 if available .
