I have heard that my ads have been causing quite a stir on the TER discussion board. I finally figured out how to get to the website and I don't see anything. What did I miss? I'd like a chance to defend myself if it is necessary...heard that people have been saying some really mean and untrue things about me. I thought the haters outlet was shut down when they took down CraigsList, but where's there's a will, there's a way. What's going on and why?

then the General Discussion board is not likely the place to have this discussion. try the MN regional board. i've read your ad. if you feel it represents you accurately there's no problem. your ad projects a certain attitude. some will love it, some will hate it.

it's just life. you can't "have attitude" and reasonably expect everybody to love you. if there's anything i've learned, it's that.

but since I started off this thread under my "real name" I have no choice but to continue that way.

Unfortunately it probably isn't the best idea for me to be having so much fun at the expense of the OP while my name is in red.

As much fun as I am having, I suppose I should withdraw from this thread, but I will take at least small solace in the comfort of how wrong you were when the earlier thread was posted.

Also I just won almost all of the several thousand I lost on football this last weekend with the monster ninth inning the Rangers are having. I had Texas minus a run and a half parlayed with the over 7 runs. It looked like my bet was toast until Texas scored six runs in the top of the ninth. Of course if their bullpen suffers another meltdown it will all be for naught, but even my luck can't be that bad, I hope.

1) everybody is wrong, one time or another. it's a trivial fact of life. even brilliant folks make howling errors. only pompous fools pretend otherwise.

2) i was never wrong! new facts have come to light! it's only logical. ;-)

On a scale of 1-10, you've probably seen 4-6. It gets a whole lot better AND worse, but you got your feet wet in a big way. If this didn't turn you off, then you'll find some decent stuff around here.

It can be a bit of a boys club (which kinda makes sense), but my guess is you can manage ;-)

It's all interesting to me. Doesn't matter if it gets better or worse to me because I always expect negative feed with the positive stuff. For every one complaint I receive eight compliments and I'm pretty good with that ratio. Like I said before, I'm not trying to be liked by everyone; you only live once and life is too short to spend it trying to please everyone. Know what I mean?

1) turnabout is fair play: attitude vs attitude. Deva's ad can sound creepy too so why not give creepy back

I have no intention of strapping down Ms Divine.

It's more a matter of response to the attitude apparent in her BP ad.

I saw some of the stuff in it as pretty strange, such as telling guys to bring their A game if they intend to hurt her because she is such a bad-ass and stuff. It sounds like she's right on edge, just waiting for an opportunity to at least bitch someone out if not resort to violence.

That may or may not be a worthwhile approach. Maybe it is a result of the prior abuses that her ads hint  she had at the hands of clients.

Either way, her stating that sort of stuff made her appear huffy, self-righteous and extremely confrontational. Sort of a dominatrix sans dungeon.

So rather than react to that directly, I posed the opposite: why not dominate the dominatrix? I think, given time and proper gear, it may be possible to use stimulated pleasure as a form of conditioning to affect adjustments in attitude.

Notice I was comparing your AD and my POST as being creepy -- I did not say that YOU as a person are creepy. After all, I have no way of knowing that as I don't read minds.

Now, if you could read my mind well enough to draw the assessments of me that you do, then that would in fact be creepy. But, then again, you'd discover quite the opposite of what you think.

Either way, this is all about fun so try not to take it too seriously.
