I agree....totally classless

This last couple of weeks I've received emails from three different ladies all of which have been sent to multiple people, each one with the full list of recipients attached.

I might just be paranoid but it makes me nervous that all of these people now have my email address and 'reasonable suspicion' that I was once a client.

Most email programs provide a way to hide the recipient list. If you use Outlook you can add everyone as a "Bcc" and leave the "To:" field blank. No one will see the recipient list. Some emailers have an option to 'hide recipient list' when you compose the message.

Maybe I am being overly paranoid, after all you aren't really all out to get me, are you??

I think you have a valid complaint and you arent being paranoid. There is no reason for someone to show everyone else there client email list. Talk about a paper trail sheeesh.
I'm just glad I don't see those women.

Besides posting here, I hope you also send email directly to the providers that did this.

You are not paranoid. It is an on going problem that occurs from providers that claim not to keep records.

This has happened to me, even from a provider I have never met.  This is another reason for providers to realize our reluctance to submit to those screening procsses

That's pretty bad. Even on lousy email systems on AOL, there are ways to hide email addresses. I'd stop seeing a provider whose discretion I couldn't trust.

I agree.  Even when mass mailing people for a party we threw in Nashville, I used the BBC line.  Maybe you should point it out to the provider on how to do it.  Some providers aren't exactly computer savvoy.

That's about as classless a thing as I can imagine being done!  I'd go far out of my way to avoid any gal that I had the slightest suspiscion would do this or anything like it...any gal--no matter how hot, no matter her level of "expertise" in the things she gets paid to do, & I'd do that even if her services were free!!  Stupid is far too kind a word for the person who would do something like that.

My email address is my first name, last name, @.com

If it went out to a group, doesn't take a rocket scientist to know it's me.

I do hope you write them and tell them NEVER to send mass emailings to their clients where they can see eachother's names.

All they have to do is use BCC and no matter WHAT email client they use that is an option.

Just as I don't see any escort who calls me out of the blue looking for gigs I certainly wouldn't see any escort who pulled that crap.

Maybe you should look into a free email service and set up a different address to be used for your hobby.

I Agree. I had one provider website that one guy e-mailed his cell phone number and contact time info to their in coming mail and it was forwarded to all people on their e-mail list.

My post's intent was education rather than shame and I know of at least one lady who has thanked me for the information. I don't think it shows a lack of class, just a lack of knowledge.
