But when it's the right time. So please do, wash up beforehand and save it for the hot and heavy foreplay if you can. Yes, there is the STD risk with a BBBJ but HIV transmission is minimal in precum. Hence the super sloppy BBBJ, precum is spat back on the penis, and the ejaculate is not ingested. Never had an issue. Not what some want but I'd rather not assume the risk totally and swallowing is not my thing.
