The ultimate accessory that increases any hotness coefficient by infinity.

And that accessory is:

When worn with as little as possible, a man's dress shirt. Preferably yours.

Had an encounter where a young lady took my shirt shortly upon entering and didn't give it back until the next morning. After all that had taken place however,it most assuredly needed laundered prior to my wanting to wear it again. Too many liquids had their way to that shirt.

She looked awesome.  I agree--that's the sexiest look there is.

a smile, but if has to be an inanimate object, I find some type of stylish jewelry brand or chain around the waist/hips to be very erotic, especially if that is all she is wearing.
