Why would TER allow providers to use there platform without having reviews?

but since it's reviewers that write reviews, not providers (or at least that's the way it's supposed to be) one of the best ways for providers to actually get reviews is to use TER's platform to attract reviewers as clients.

I do think that providers should be allowed to create a profile like another site that used to come up with reviews from here so potential clients can find at least what provider claims as a menu.

Profiles have always been created by the first person reviewing her, I think that allowing providers to create their own profiles is a huge step in the wrong direction.
