Anyone else having problems getting into Hushmail?

Hushmail has had that problem for years.  I finally gave up my account as it created terrible problems for me as it was once down 2 weeks.  Hushmail is probably the absolute worse service out there.  I even had a "gold" account and couldn't even get a auto response from tech. My advice . . . change emails.

A while back they accidentally deleted my account.  And never responded to my customer service queries.  I didn't know which was worse -- their technical prowess or lack of customer management skills.

No way 2 weeks?  I was locked out for a few hours, experienced major email withdrawal, really feeling like I needed to find a 12 step program.  Did you go to another secure email program?  I am not above changing my account.  Thanks for responding.

Have you tried safe-mail???  If not, you may want to see what they have to offer.
