2 questions:
What would you do if you thought you picked up a STD from a provider? Would you contact that provider? Would you create a thread to warn others interested?

If you knew a provider that had a run in with LE. Would you post for other to help protect them and that provider or not do anything caveat emptor?

but contact the provider and tell her what's up. She might have an std and not know it. Might being the keyword there. Once you're sure you have an std, you could then decide if its necessary to alert anyone. Its not fair to ruin her rep if you're not sure you have one or if she was the one who gave it to you.

Other than take care of my own shit.  Because unless you KNOW, it's just conjecture.  And it depends on the STD.  If it's HIV, that's one thing.  If it's gonorrhea, that's another thing.

On the provider/LE thing...I would be very, very careful as to what I said, because unless you KNEW all the facts, you put yourself at risk for being slanderous or libelous.

We're all big boys here.  Don't get in the deep end of the pool if you cannot swim.

Unless that particular provider was the only person you had seen since your last checkup, it would be hard to point a finger at her. Sometimes you won't have any symptoms of an STD until months down the line.

However, if in fact you do have an STD you should alert any providers (or others) you have seen since your last check up. They should be tested as well so the STD is not spreadel

Be certain it originated from provider! I would appreciate being notified as I practice all safety precautions as well as routinely have clinical check ups! Cant be too careful!
