Why does TER allow new members to post reviews if they have not posted reviews before?

The girls have met TER's requirements to be able to post on the regional boards.  I think its great that they are allowed to do so.  I would feel much more comfortable scheduling time with a "new" provider who advertises here than the same "new" provider who might only advertise on one of the other sites.

At least they have taken the time to do a little research into the business rather than just sticking an ad on some random website.  Hell, they might have even purchased VIP status to find out that we are expecting something other than a quick "lick and stick".

If they don't advertise on a review site?

Are you talking about ladies posting ads, but they have no review profile?
If that is what you mean, why should TER require a gal to have reviews to pst an ad? Why shouldn't a new lady be allowed to post an ad on TER? A lot of new ladies post ads on the TER ad boards to attract TER members, so that they can get reviews.

Now if you are talking about someone who doesn't allow reviews, but is still posting ads here, then I believe that is not allowed.

advertizing according to TER's rules & policies even though they've not been reviewed yet.  Now, newbies should see well reviewed providers...  that still goes.  But there are lots of vetran hobbiests who the new provider can market to.  It may take some extra back & forth, in the absence of reviews to TOFTT.  Guys do this all the time...  just not recommended for Newbies.  

Since the lady can not set her own profile...  it is set by her first reviewer...  how else can she break in?

....if it's an ISO it's not exactly an ad per se.  Seeing a flat out ad though on the discussion board instead  of it being put on it's proper ad board does happen kind of often and not usually by newbies.

One of the best providers I have seen, Ashley Ann Taylor, had no TER reviews before she came on the NY board.  I corresponded with her, found her to be articulate and intelligent in emails, and ended up scheduling with her.

We hit it off, I wrote a review (one of her first, I think), and she has ended up being a very popular provider.

Not sure why having TER reviews is a prerequisite.  Girls all have to start from somewhere...
