I know this has been around for a while. Does anybody use it ? Does it work ? If yes what are the downfalls ?

I don't quite see the point. You'd have to login to read the full reviews anyway. Why not just keep a browser tab open pointed to TER and do searches that way?

I can see how it saves a little time. I like to look at a few ad sites to see if there are new and/or traveling ladies. I often search for them on TER with the phone number. There are days when I am copying and pasting 15-20 numbers. I usually get 0-3 hits on TER. I only care about seeing the reviews for the ones that are on TER. So, it’s slightly quicker this way. But yeah, it’s not saving a lot of time. Personally, I’m not using it to gain back 2-3 minutes.
