I am new to this forum and would like to know your advice on how to make a TER proposal.
My wife and I have a divorcee neighbor who is incidentally a friend of ours. We usually do cook outs and participate in social activities which involves both our little children.
I tried to seduce her unsuccessflly for a year. I lost hope when she refused my advances on trying to lip kiss her after our fairly good night conversation. She said she cant do it against my wife. Like I said, I tried for almost 1 year about 3 or 4 times mostly subtlely --trying to implant a lip kiss but every time, she evades it. That being said, she still talks to me as if I am a "good" friend confiding in me and my wife about her life and ours.
My question is --if seduction does not work, can i offer money for sex ? I know it may be a long shot cause of her Christian upbringing and her sort of well off parents (meaning her parents have her as a sole child and therefore does help her financilly if she needs it, but she always declines it according to her). That being said however, she is a dovorcee with a 2 kids and a fixed alimony. She always complains that she's tight with money and that the alimony and child support is just enough to pay her basic necessities (e.g. mortgage, car, etc) and not for any extras.
How would you as a friend propose money for sex without being slapped, without destroying the friendship or letting my wife know, given that she does not acquiesce on my advances ?
Would appreciate any thoughts and tips on this matter.

And I am speaking from experience. After trying for 2 years with a mutual friend of the wife and I, even going to the point of loaning the "friend" money in her time of need, and never getting on first base, I saw the damage it was doing to the family, kids included and opted for the "FWOB" route - Friends without Benefits.

The neighbor girl friend I am referring to above--her birthday is coming up. So far we are still friends.
