I am going to say highly doubtful. "She" has every twitter post locked so no one can comment. They also seem to just keep reposting the same posts over and over. The photos and mini videos look like they are AI generated or are very edited. Possible, but I would say very doubtful.

How to catch a scammer...

Someone pointed this out to me awhile ago.  Take a look at her touring schedule, she's all over the place, and not in a very logical or cost effective way to travel.  First NYC, then cross country to San Fran, then back across the country to DC and so on.  It just looks super fishy to me amongst other things.  This screams fake.
