Most providers are not on TER, and not reviewed. Way  Less than 10% are reviewed here.  Some states TER has little presence to boot.  The correct answer is well in excess of 10 million girls/women sell their ass & pussies. The number reviewed  here is meaningless in the total, and grand scheme of things.

That said, I see very few provider who are not TER reviewed.

The percentage of girls selling their asses in this country that are on TER is less than 10%.  The exact # of providers in America is unknown but exceeds 10 million.  Sensuality64 you aren't the sharpest scalpel in the operating room. In  many states TER is unknown and not used, and is the 2nd or 3rd escort review site of choice. Texas is a huge example.    Perfect Storm is similarly clueless.

there about 158 million women in the US, from infants to death. When you say 10's of millions, the least implied number is 20 million. that's more than 1 in 8 women including 90 year olds AND infant girls.
