how long on average is an escorts career?

My SB is planning to get into escorting full time, she will graduate in 2 years if she stays the course and eventually wants to do her MBA.

She is smart and has been doing SB/SD for just over a year now. She thinks this is a great career to have for 10 to 15 years and then invest wisely and retire in her 30's to marry and start a family.

I am telling her to just continue being a SB till she gets her MBA and then decide what to do next. I think the easy money + laziness to study is screwing her up and making her take the easy way out.

She is/was smart and has her whole life in front of her, may be escorting is a career and there is a happy ending...

Anyways, with that context - here is my question...

From your experience what would be stats for escorting as a career, for example:

1. 40% drop out less than a year.
2. 30% last from 1 to 5 years
3. 25% last from 5 to 10 years.
4. 5% last 10+ years.

On a selfish note, I would love to have her continue on a SB route for another year or so (or until I get tired of her) and then she can open her pussy to all of you mongers ;)..

There is funded research out there.  I've read in a couple of scientific (as close to science as sociology can get) studies that say 5 years is the average.  From there, it gets sliced and diced into different demographics, but for the self directed, non-coerced group - 5 years

I don't think statistics are helpful, everyone does this for different reasons and with different goals. I've been in the hobby about 10 years.  At first it was because the market crashed and so did the field I was working in.  I started in the hobby with the same goals I've had before the hobby:  Having enough money saved so my kids don't have to worry about paying for college and Living a leisurely lifestyle with a very comfortable retirement fun.  I have both.  Now I hobby part time and only travel to cities that have things I like to do. I'm educated and have had personal goals set and met throughout my "career".  Now, I just live.  My number 1 goal is happiness and inner peace. I only do what make me happy, including seeing the gentlemen I see.  If I see you more than once, it's because I enjoy your company and like you on a human level.  I don't bother with anyone I don't enjoy being around.

I will leave the hobby when I no longer enjoy it :)

have your head on straight, goals established, and still enjoy what you do.

A bit like that, I think.
