Some hobbyists (actually there are quite a few) are very active in the world of porn star hobbying.  These guys also patronize the same non porn star ladies that the rest of us in hobby land do.

Do a search on reviews of porn stars, then click on the names of the reviewers and see what other ladies they have seen/reviewed.  Click on the the reviewers names that have reviewed these ladies too, etc..

If you are an active hobbyist, especially one that travels a lot and hobbies in different cities, chances might be pretty good that you click around a bit you just might come across a lady that you've seen.
