I posted recently about a similar situation, except I didn't have the hotel name, just the "area" and needed to call to get the hotel name/address. I called every 5 minutes for 45 minutes, up to my scheduled appointment time, when she called back apologizing she had overslept (I had a morning appointment). I think the correct answer is "it depends"... on the factors/situation. I had a similar situation to yours in the past, arrived at the hotel and called every 5 minutes for 1/2 hour before switching to "plan B", but maybe I have more than average optimism or faith in others, even 30 minutes might be more than most might suggest as "long enough".... Fifteen perhaps?
you wait 5 & try again. No answer. (Might be in the shower or ?) It's not cool to hang around a Hotel lot looking conspicious. You go to a coffee shop down the block.
Should you call again (how long), Ladies?
How long would you wait, gentlemen?

One time she finally called me back about one minute after I left the message that I was giving up. She "had been delayed while shopping at the mall nearby." I was in such a lousy mood that I should have just gone home. Like a fool, I agreed to wait another half hour while she prepared for me. I ended up having a lousy session with a very well reviewed provider, and I am sure that my attitude was a major cause. My lesson for the future was to bail on a session if a delayed start pissed me off.
I tend to have tight schedules on either end and plan in about 15 minutes leeway in front and back. I wait 15 and then I'm generally gone. Otherwise it eats into my booked time.
Agreed. As a provider I wait 30min for the client to show up and/or call. After that I make other plans.
...you really don't want to see!
If the instructor didn't show up in 15 minutes, class was dismissed for the day. Same here. Give her one call at 10 and one at 15, then bail. My time and your time are just as important as her time.
I would go to a local watering hole and then call her from there. At least some time would have passed and if she is expecting you then she should pick up. A couple of things have happened here: first you don't look so conspicuous; Also you look like you have a purpose and a goal that you want to accomplish. This would be a good move considering that she hadn't given you the room number in advance which would be the standard practice.
I have had this happen to me and its not cool at all. I drove to a certain intersection and called like I was told then no answer. I called every 5 mins for 15 mins then I left. I have asked other providers about this. And they have said there are a number of reasons why a girl might do that but its mostly because they had second thoughts about dating you. I'm a black male under 40 years old and I have girls tell me they don't date african americans under 35 for a lot of reasons like they think I may be a pimp and they don't want any parts of a pimp. So what I do now is kind of change my tone a lil when I call now lol. No more problems now lol.
I wait for about 10-15 min and then call the client to see if he is running late or what not.... if no answer, I try again in another 10-15 and then I move on
If he does answer and sincerely says he is just late, I will wait...
I would leave the hotel lot and drive down the road and call I would wait about 15-20 min after that I'm out.I had a gentleman do this to me set up an appt I had seen him before with no problem. He calls to set up an appt 8 hrs before requested appt time I figured was ample time for him to do anything he wanted to do.Well, sure enough I get to his door at the appt time no answer I call outside the door still no answer.I leave and go down the street try to call again left messages both times waited for 20min I left and didnt receive a call until the next afternoon saying he fell asleep.Wow!
I will not sit in a HOTEL parking lot more than 5 minutes. It is conspicious... I once was eyeballed by the local PD patroling the lot. (I mentioned it to the provider & she said PD does patrol the lot as cars had been broken into.) I can look busy for 5 minutes, getting luggage out or putting my purchases in a bag.
With a Fav, I know the locations & often call from down the street... just looks like a guy taking a phone call (No Phone Zone, remember!) Once, I had a provider say "I can't see you!" She was checking out the window. I was at the door in 60 seconds.
I think I'll stick to my 5 minutes on site. After that, I'll move to that coffee shop for 15-20 minutes. At 30 minutes, all you see is my tail-lights.

This happened to me. I arrived at hotel, no answer. So, I went out of my car and walked to the motel/hotel type corridor pacing myself and recognized a girl from Backpage.com walking. She smiled at me and I smiled back and said "Hi". Moments later, I walked to her and said - saw your backpage ad, are you available? because the girl I was suppose to meet has not answered my phone. She said yes. I was inside her pussy in less than 10 minutes. After 1 hour, the other girl 'text me' and I text her back and said her money is now with another escort, sorry she was late but I had to go back to work.
If I am not ready when they get to me I try not to have them wait a second over 5 minutes.
and told me she wasn't ready.
My original Question stated no pickup.
