First, log in as VIP member. Then do a search. After the search, pick a provider you want to view. In the upper left corner next to the provider's name is a blue circle with type the says "Add to Favorites". Click that button.  You can now go to the Personal Account Manager in the VIP Online Community to view your favorites.
