I know there will be as many answers as there are people, but I'm curious to hear.

Pure pride in how well you do your job and make your clients happy
A little embarrassment?
Neither - just clinical detachment as you look at what worked at what didn't?
Mixture of all

I feel that we have had an amazing time and I'm sure you will call me again for more.

I love it! I always tell my clients to type from the heart. The more details the better.

And, I feel XXX-cited that I've passionately pleased my date.

It's such a turn on to read about an erection you've satisfied.

Indeed, it is lovely to read that my guests appreciated my company,
and also that I equally appreciated their presence and showed them as such. ;)

However, on the very rare occasion, there was one, where I wondered, if
the review, was really about myself, as the copy which was written, was not
at all how the gentlemen reacted to my seasoned creative skills.

He was in pure ecstasy the entire time, and even said so,
however, when the bloom wore off, he felt less then
stellar in some aspects of his review.

At that point one has to say, huh?!   Was I even there?
I then proceed to give it my best, each and every time, as enjoying
what I procure is just natural.  Never a performance, just enjoyment
in the moment.

Bebesitos,
Angelina Jones

Some of my first reviews were rejected for the reason given that they weren't explicit enough.  So TER more or less forces reviews to be explicit.

Hence the name.... the erotic review. TER requires you to go into explicit detail, otherwise your review doesn't get posted! Personally I find it  very satisfying to know I pleased my client in the most "explicit way lol

It doesn't matter to me at all one way or the other and it definitely does not embarrass me. Clients are a beautiful combination of: men who prefer to preserve details, and clients that enjoy the kiss and tell. Those explicit reviews are perfect for the kiss and tell population, and it will aid in their decision making process.

If I going out with a civvie an a friend asks me how she was I tell them a gentleman doesn't kiss an tell.  If I'm writing a review, I'm still a gentleman, I'm telling all the juicy details.

As a provider I enjoy reading an explicit review. I feel prideful and am pleased that I was able to make the experience a pleasurable one. When the details are accurate, it allows me to relive the moment with that particular friend. Depending on the literary artisan of the reviewer I have even found myself aroused as if I was reading an erotic novel. However I have also realized that some reviewers, for the sake of juicier details, will divulge in information that I KNOW to be false. Though a little disturbing it doesn't bother me to the point that I feel the need to correct the review. Overall I believe explicit reviews are informative and helpful as to what I'm doing right and may be doing wrong.
