Are they too spontaneous for you? You may not be as clean as you would like after all.

Do you have the proper work-setting to enjoy one? You may have just a cubicle at your disposal.

Does your job permit an extended lunch-hour? A good ROMP may take about 45 minutes if you give it some thought. Then you need to eat don't you?

Isn't lunchtime and post-work 5pm the "peak" hobbying hours? I thought everyone would couldn't "work late" came at 11:00-13:00? This isn't common? That's my main pre-booking time!?!?!

Nooner's been around for at least 30 years.  Every ad salesman in NY used to joke about it over their other fave, the 3-martini lunch.  Amazing that anything got done in the afternoon.
