But your second post made less sense than your first one did!
There are a few reasons why I would not see a provider in a motel (unless I was doing it as an out-call) but concern about her performance level is not one of them. After all, her reviews would have given me some guidelines as far as what to expect.
Does the fact that a provider is staying at a hotel or motel influence you negotiating the donation when you get there ? or will you choose not to go if she says its a motel ?
I'm writing from a hotel in San Francisco that Priceline considers 3 star, but doesn't even have an ice machine for cryin' out loud among its many other deficiencies.
I'm moving to a 4 star tomorrow night.
On the other hand, some motels are great. I got one a few weeks ago that had a huge room, no outside entrance and a kitchenette. It was clean, neat and very discreet, as well as cheap.
There's also the fact that in rural areas, you don't have the luxury of finding a Hilton or Marriott, so you do the best you can.
As long as it doesn't have room entrances that lead to the parking lot (Which LE likes because they can see you coming.) and it's clean, neat and in a decent neighborhood, then I'm fine with it.
Why would you be influenced to negotiate a provider's donation regardless if she is staying in a motel or hotel?Whatever her donation that is stated on her website or ads why would this be negotiated at all?I am not getting it.
I actually stated that there are reasons why I would not see a woman staying in a motel. "Real" men don't have to go around referring to themselves as such...
That's an interesting - but ludicrous - concept. I don't stay in motels, for the obvious reasons. But I do find your approach to try to justify negotiation and haggling unique. Lame, but unique.
Ladies treat this man good. This is THE best defense EVER !! Do you provide legal services ? How 'bout financial advice ?
Any other excuse is just that. Many people would prefer to pay more for a seller who takes time to make the customer to feel as comfortable as they can. Many products and services are priced at pure perception. I now digress.
You sir sound like a shill. I make perfect sense. It was a question. An opinion based question as it maybe. There are real men reading this who do negotiate or not even show up. Once they discover it's a motel. Trust me on that.
...I say if your client starts acting up, then you take his friend.
I think the real answer is use your instincts. If you're a TOFTT guy and you drive up to some seedy joint in a bad part of town, then just bail if you don't feel comfortable. Or if ANYTHING out of the ordinary is in place regardless of if it's a hotel or motel, then leave.
But negotiate a lower rate just because she's at a Motel 6 vs. a Marriott? She's a freakin' guest, not the damn desk manager. Hobbying is plain and simple: you either pay the rate that's advertised for the service provided...or you don't. If you showed up at a dirty, vacant building and were led to a room with nothing but a mattress on the floor, would you really try to bargain down just to be with the girl?
Maybe if you decide to see TER reviewed girls and pay attention to the atmosphere and where the incall was, you won't get all bent out of shape over this issue.
they are entitled to enjoy themselves in a four star hotel at least. I'm usually staying in the hotel too and am used to some very fine hotels, so nothing less than four star will do and even then I'm not always satisfied.
On one occasion I had to check into 3 1/2 star hotel - Albuquerque - and it made my skin crawl. Still, I met one of the sweetest clients there and fortunately left the next day.
Personally if I was paying my kind of rates I definitely wouldn't be expecting to go to a hotel. But if paying much lower rates, why beef?
Even though his followup posts seem to say otherwise, I originally thought OP's (flawed) reasoning went something like:
Reviews say "met at UPSCALE HOTEL, services rendered, etc., fee = $...$" Fee must be equal to her costs + desired profit. Costs = ROOM, makeup, laundry, travel, tips, advertising, website maintenance, ...
THEREFORE, if the services, personal appearance, etc. is still the SAME but she is now at a Motel, her costs MUST have gone down, so it's OK to negotiate a lower fee while still affording the original profit.
FIRST of all, I've been to "brand name" chain hotels that were all over the board, one of which was in a suburban setting and actually had a wing that seemed more like a sleazy motel than a hotel. I'm sure that there are some Motels that are very upscale.
Secondly, I'm pretty sure that most touring ladies are pretty savvy when it comes to finding comfortable but inexpensive accommodations. Using priceline, travelocity and other websites, I'm sure people have stories to tell about getting rooms at 5-star hotels in major markets for a tiny fraction of their normal listed rates. (NYC: $50-$75 for a $350 room?) Kind of like bragging rights about "Who Got the Best Hotel Deal?" (Start a new topic?) It wouldn't surprise me to hear that a late reservation or poorly planned 'bad deal' at a motel might cost more than a good deal at a good hotel.
Thirdly, it is about comfort for both parties. I want to be comfortable with my host in her room and I almost never plan on using the pool, 5-star restaurant or Grand Ballroom on the premises so I don't really care about that stuff. I have been very comfortable in 3-stars as well as 5-stars. And I still had a good time in the suburban Hotel with Motel-feel.
to premium accommodations, but then it sounds like YOU are the one who insists that 3 1/2 stars is too humble. But hey, if you can make them believe it's all worth it, I guess that's a racket anyone would sign up for.
Personally, I'll take a 5-star performance at a 2-star hotel over the converse any day, and I'm glad to say I often have. I'm not staying for more than an hour, so whether there's a Wall St. Journal outside the door in the morning won't make a bit of difference to me. In fact, if the hotel is what a client remembers best about his experience, I'd say he missed out, but I guess as long as he's happy...
Bed bugs don't check the hotel ratings and they are known to be found in some of the BEST hotels while leaving some no-frills but well maintained motels in the clear. http://www.bedbugregistry.com/
Edit: Yeck. I'm giving myself the willies thinking about this.
What does that mean. Do you think you are better than the others ? You are what you are. Whether you are overpriced or priced just right for fun. Some ladies enjoy this business. Are you insinuating they are nastier than you.
By the way, here's a hint, if you do think you are better. I bet it's because of the appearance you give, correct ?
Nevermind, I read YOUR reviews. DFK I save for the wife, sorry. Oh yes, I do require a condom and a CLEAN towel or I would be inclined to ask for a discount. Reeks of skank.
