Here is how things are changing , way back when before the internet we'd find providers advertising in classified ad of newspapers, or The Village Voice ( NYC ) The City paper (Philly) or swingers mags bought in adult bookstores.

Now the sites on the internet as well as twitter or switter . Now there are many providers who have migrated their ads to non traditional websites , SA, WYP ,BD .

My question is , when do you think someone will post a review using a girl/providers ad that are featured on those websites and it be approved here ?

What are SA, WYP and BP, please? Thank you.

Seeking arrangement , Whatsyourprice and BD not BP( typo on my part ) BunnyDate...

Although there are some providers who have created listings on these sites as Sugar babies (and NOT as professional providers), these sites take huge efforts to purge “pros” off their service. They do not want to be cast as escort ad services, and have frequent contact and review by LE organizations to ensure they do not promote illegal activities. And any user who is discovered to be doing so will be banned for life.

Similarly you will find no support from senior members here (or I suspect from TER Admin) for posting profiles or reviews  of “Sugar Babies.”  I’d raise hell with Admin if they did allow it, and I know several dozen other members who would do so as well. Take a look at past posts on the “Erotic Highway” board for more context about sugar dating.

Escorts still have many, many options for online ads. So do you. Please use them.

and I might add to Herb's post, as he said ads for prostitution are STRICTLY FORBIDDEN on those sites, so the very act of reviewing them here would cause them to be kicked off the sites mentioned by the OP.

The SB sites are also very strict with what the "Daddy's" post in their profiles.

Besides what Herb and GaG said, which are really good reasons, TER requires the ad links to be viewable without logging in. Those sites you mentioned are all member sites. If there is a link on a review to her profile on SA, and you click on the link, it will not take you to her SA profile unless you are a member of SA and logged in.
