Prior to the current score and subsequent rate inflation commonly seen and discussed; providers who charged 500 or more per hour rarely ever posted advertisements. Now it is very common too see an ad-board promotional by a provider who commands 600/h or more.  

in my area, it seems many of the ladies on P411 are higher priced like EROS ads, 350-400 and up per hour.  Sorta limits my choices, but there are plenty out there within my budget limits.

It's not that bad out here (yet), but AZ got slammed pretty hard in 08 and still working to recover.  Back in the day, rumor has it that it was pretty crazy out here (funny things happen when you have $100K HELOC lines with ATM cards attached getting thrown at you by the banks),  but the 200-450 is still a huge market I could work all day and be a happy camper.

This doesn't seem to be the case, I currently live in Dallas, and still travel to Atlanta quite often and there are literally hundred of very attractive and highly reviewed ladies in the $300 hr range.

I am sure the ladies have quite a different perspective on this as I am sure that virtually everyone would rather be paid $500 than $300 for the same work.

As for score inflation having anything to do with it, you may have a point, but it doesn't work with me. 10/10 reviews have become so common as to be meaningless to me, which is really a shame for the biggest losers which are the true 10/10 providers who have had there hard earned reviews cheapened by the acts of some unscrupulous, money grubbing hookers cashing in on dishonest reviews made by a bunch of cowards.

Prices haven't changed much in the last three years and plenty of girls offer specials.  There's lots to choose from in the $300--$400 range.

And recovery still slow and cautious, I don't think many women are jumping to raise their prices to the $500 or $600 mark.  I can tell you just based on number of reviews, that the $300 - $450 women are getting heck of a lot more customers than the upper echelon of providers.

If I were an escort I would quit if I had to lower my rates from $500 per hour down to $300 per hour.  I would also adjust my services.  That decrease would NOT make a Happy Hooker!!
