I was checking recent reviews and I could hardly believe this set.  As you know, scores are VIP but since I'm not posting the reviewer names or the Profile name, I hope this will be allowed.  In fact, it's probably a good advertisement for signing up for VIP because I don't know how these guys could have gone to see her if they had seen the scores first:

Jul-2015 pretty much confirmed a DROP in service three years later.

Then Sep-2015 takes a shot?  And it's now a 2?  

But then ANOTHER Sep-2015 must be hoping for a miracle and goes for it?  

Yes, it's possible that the first Sep-2015 review didn't go up until the 2nd guy made his appointment.  But still, a 5 and a 3 and you're still plunking down $650/hh for that?  

When "General" info is not enough, THIS is why you need VIP.  (650 pays for more than 3 years of VIP.)
