I'm pretty sure that Holly got what she wanted.  She's got fame, and no longer needs to bring grandpa his daily glass of prune juice & viagra.

...what the hell does an 18 to 40 year old provider (you) see in a 50 something year old guy (me) in order to get them through 2 hours of over the top sexual excitement (mine).

Of course the answer is " The Money ".

It seems my personal hero Hugh Hefner at 84 is again engaged to a sexy 23 year old blond goddess who shed tears of joy (???) when Ol Hef popped the big question, " Will you marry me ".

Could it really be just the money ???

Seriously, I heard that on the news this morning and Googled her pics... obviously super hot. Wasn't it Anna Nicole Smith that started that thread!!! More power to Hef... inspiring stuff, funny, but inspiring!!!

Though it also could be an ego trip on her part.  On the other hand, what kind of ego wants to be known has Hef's eigth and last wife?
Reminds me of a joke:  An 80-year old guy was getting ready to marry at 25-year-old stripper.  One of his friends, concerned about his health, asked him, "Aren't you concerned?  A man like you and a young thing like her?  What if something terrible happens on the wedding night?"
The 80-year-old shrugged and replied, "If she dies, she dies!"

1) It helps when 50yo guy is fund to hang out with ... like you :)  Some other qualities I won't go into on public board LOL

2) Could it be she wants to marry Hugh out of TRUE LOVE? True love of money i mean :)))))

I suppose any lady now a days that can squeeze an engagement ring from Hef feels that they have the chance to inherit the kingdom.

But in Hefs case i'm sure that the kingdom is tightly secured by his daughter Christie, former Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Playboy Enterprises.

Sex with a 20 year old woman does not cost as much as percentages of personal fortunes of Hefner's; however, beautiful women are always highly prized in the society by men ... they are good as wives, making beautiful children, win admirations from other men ...

There are beautiful 20 year old blonde providers out there; go make some appointments, BBBJCIM, MSOG etc will keep testicles happy and personal egos intact.

Life is good with providers around.

Did you even read your own post before hitting "post message"?

Next you'll be giving Tom Brady lessons on how to throw a football. lmao

Trust, love, mutual respect, caring for each other.  Not all human interactions can be priced based on TER performance rating scale.

...of fondness for Hef (if you've ever watched the show, he's about as sweet and doting as a man can be - and it's very easy to have a "fondness" type of love - v. passionate love - for someone like that); fondness for the lifestyle (because Hef's not stupid and would have an iron-clad pre-nup cutting her out of 90% of the cash value of the estate and 100% of the royalties) that she'll enjoy while he's alive - lavish parties, vacations, homes, travel, A-list Hollywood types; and fondness for the celebrity/notoriety of being married to him.

Granted, its a very non-traditional relationship but if they're happy, then I'm happy for them!

...and I am happy for him/them, just wish I could also be as happy for me as well.

Gotta be famous for something.

Whether he's 34 or 84 he's "the man". And at 84 it sounds like he's ready to enjoy whatever time he has left married.

For her...it's like this, He adores her, she gets to live a lavish lifestyle, she'll be treated like a princess, and let's face it, all of his Exs speak highly of him and still luv him in their own way. He still does nice things for his Exs. Kendra got married to Hank at the mansion, lol.

What's not to love about him, regardless of his age? He has it all  and then some. She's engaged to the most famous playboy in the world. She'll love him in her own way, I believe. If he's happy and she's happy, then great for now, lol.

And somewhere in Vegas Holly is pulling her hair out and banging her head against the a wall, lol! Some other blond is getting what she wanted so badly.

And you can bet there will be a pre-nup! ;-)

And if they make it down the altar, oh it will be a spectacular event to be sure. Every girl's dream wedding even if he's OLD,lol.

xoxo,

Steph

she really wanted to get married and be Mrs Hefner. It was her main reason for leaving from what I've read. She started stepping out and  eventually left. She's doing well with her show in Vegas to be sure. And she's got that reality show (sigh). She's not hurting financially to be sure.

IMHO she's still scratching her head though.

Now the fiancee can bring him his prune juice and viagra if one of the staff doesn't already do it. ;-)

xoxo,

Steph

I've never genuinely been attracted to a man much over 50 (he was like 53 but looked late 30's). So..yeah it's the money honey.

But I think most of the ladies I see -- and really, there aren't that many of them -- genuinely like me as a person and appreciate my companionship.

And that's good, because I genuinely like them and appreciate them too.

Yes, money changes hands. But I see that merely as subsidizing a lifestyle that enables us to see each other, rather than as specifically fee for service. After all, if she weren't charging, she'd have to be out selling real estate or whatever.

So I don't think the presence of an envelope *automatically* makes it so the lady can't genuinely like you and vice versa.

As for it always being about the money ... no, it really isn't.

The evolutionary psychology of the female of the species is to pick the highest genetic quality in a mate as possible. As genetic quality cannot be directly observed, they look for indirect indications -- often without explicitly understanding that is what they are doing.

Due to the intensely materialistic and consumerist nature of our media culture; it is very common for women to see wealth as an indirect indicator of genetic fitness. This, of course, is a flawed measure as the wealth I might accumulate from being a psychopathic hit man spends just as well as the wealth I could accumulate by developing a new means of discovering antibiotics. (And, interestingly, psychopathic males are more reproductively successful than normal males.)

But *any* single indirect measure, in and of itself, is flawed. Nevertheless, there are a number of indirect indicators that various women observe and prefer depending upon their age (estrogen levels make a difference), upbringing, media exposure, religious beliefs and more.

Believe it or not, a man who has money can also manifest OTHER desirable traits that a woman could value. He might be physically healthy, brighter than average, just plain nice, nurturing, risk-taking, etc. etc.

Of course, these variables can be confounded. What I did while dating is hand out business cards that named me as a "Janitor" as a way of avoiding those interested in money-only. Heff, of course, could never get away with that -- but a prenuptial agreement can do the same.

And, I should add, that there are women out there who are militantly blue collar and have an actual aversion to men with money. If you have it, you have to disguise it or you'll never get a second date.

Har!  Just posted that old one on the erotic humor board.
