I am wondering, how frequetly does all protection fail and the provider gets pregnant? When this happens I'd expect the provider will get an abortion. But have babies actually been born?
If you are asking if in the entire history of time, has birth control failed, in the course of women and men engaging in intercourse, and there happens to be an envelope with cash somewhere, then the answer is yes. It's pretty much a no-brainer, in fact. And not all professionals have abortions.
I was asking how frequent it is. I am sure it is much less frequent now given the technology we have as compared to 100 years ago. But does it still happen or is it near impossible these days?
Of course, this is not a scientific study and I don't expect to obtain estimates and confidence intervals, but if 30 people respond 'I know a case like that' then it would be a red flag.
Clients rely on the provider to make sure they are protected if the condom fails. I was just wondering if we are right or should we take more responsibility ourselfs.

Secondly, yes women get pregnant all the time. Women that have sex frequently are more likely to use birth control because of unwanted pregnancy, BUT like all women, some providers fail to take it properly or steadily, perhaps they can't take it all for any number of reasons. Some women think abortions are a form of birth control. Even on birth control, a pregnancy can STILL occur. Other than a hobbyist getting snipped, I don't see what more you can do to prevent a pregnancy. I would suggest bringing your own properly fitting condoms. For all you know, a girl can have baby fever and poking holes in her condoms. Some girls WANT to get pregnant and aren't very selective about the sperm donor.
Obviously, hobbying and providing are risky for many reasons. It's good that you are assessing your risks but you, in my opinion, are asking some pretty naive questions.
IUD's etc. I've had providers and strippers tell me they use one of them.
I don't imagine that "are you using birth control" is a question that comes up. However, I would assume (maybe incorrectly) that most providers don't rely on the condoms for birth control.
one of her clients is the daddy. She told me it was from a client whose condom broke, but she does not have anyway of contacting him. She is caring the child to term. I do not know if she plans on keeping it.
