do you guys also use a rental car so that your license plates aren't recorded?
It is very easy to find someone by their license plate via registration.

I have a hobby phone. I use what ever car I want to use rental (when on business) and one of my 3 personal cars.

Hotels near government installations are always monitored, not always buy local police.

As we saw with the ex-governor of NY the FBI had watching him for a long time.

There has only been one hotel incall I have been to that didn't have some other business(es) located neaby from which I could walk from. I try and arrive at least 5 minutes early to case the hotel out and look for off-site parking, access paths around the hotel, etc.

May sound paranoid, but I just consider it part of the thrill of the experience.

So if it is LE you are worried about, it's a waste of time and $$$...

That is like saying I will park illegally because I have a rental, it does not matter because the ticket will still come to you.

What is it with the paranoia?  When I've gone to incalls, I've never been given any special parking instructions.  Never even heard of the practice.  Yes, I use a hobby phone for my protection from prying eyes, not from Johny Law who is lurking everywhere to stamp out the scurge of America (aka prostitution).
