Men now have MORE proof not to text women

First it was Tiger Woods, now it is Jesse James (Sandra Bullock's husband) got caught cheating because THEY TEXT THE OTHER WOMAN or women.  

Even if you delete the text obviously she may not and both these proved what they said was true by showing the texts.  So why do it in the first place guys??  I know a lot of you like to but this is just more proof that texting gets you into trouble.

So obviously I do not or do any texting.  I believe in discretion on both sides.

Let's play old school....and talk.

I think all men over the age of 40 should consult the average 12 year old to ask how technology works!  Texts and emails don't die!

Misty...if I text you and delete it but you text me back using my original text.....trouble!!

I laughed at your last line "and talk"     Have you seen the trailer to the movies "Time machine hot tub?"   There's a line where the guy realizes that in 1982 there is no interent and he realizes "like we gotta use our mouth to talk to women?"!!

Ah...times were simpler back then

The difference is, the average 12 year old doesn't have a clue about what privacy is and probably doesn't care.  Things are different these days.

But I'm the kinda guy, if I had an SO that I feel wasn't treatin' me right and I had to look elsewhere, I'd say 'Yeah! So what?!'

Fuck, my last SO used to accuse me of shit. Told her if she kept it up, I'll go do it to give her a reason to bitch.

Yes, Tiger is a fool to think he was above it all, but I don't get why someone like the porn whatever wants an apology? She's fucked many people who may not be as famous as the golfer around the world, but surely they have name recognition. So she extends her lousy fifteen minutes of fame and I am sure she angling for money from someone. I've always thought pillow talk was a bad thing among people that don't care about one another. Now, I know that was true. By the way, she's pond scum and so is anyone that extorts money for something they willingly did.

Then again. we have an ongoing thing.  As a supplement to e-mail or phone calls, it's cool.    If that isn't cool with you, your call.  I completely understand that this isn't cool as a primary communications tool with potential clients you've never met, though.

I converse via email but no detail

all for the sake of discretion and NOT leaving a paper trail for any one ie LE, SO or wives.

Desert Divas is a perfect example of what NOT ot do.  When they got busted their complete client list with names, numbers, adresses, and comments were all made public.  Do you really want that?

This go "old school" and talk....especially behind closed doors.

1) Credit cards are off limits.  
2) I don't text unless you do first, or say it is OK.  Otherwise, all communications are by phone or e-mail.  Your policy is not shared by all other ladies, but is applicable here as we have never spoken directly.  
3) Cool

I am aware of what happened in Phoenix a couple of years ago.  I read as much as I could, and it was not cool.

Off on the wrong foot... :(

I prefer to talk only, no text or email. Anything in writing is admissable in court.
